  1. I think the biggest problem we have now with operations is the missing level between hard mode and master mode. You can play master mode with crystal, but that's like cheating, call it baby master mode or even harder hard mode and most people would be fine with that. And people have a chance to learn something in this master mode with stacks. The other problem is the class balancing, I always feel bad in company of power techs and lightning sorc, apart of the moments where I also play those classes. Focus on those two things and skip bouncing from one extreme to other, or just announce that you're doing A/B testing and everybody has to calm down :-D.

I played PvP, Dxun story mode till the 3rd boss fight, some veteran flashpoints and Onderon dailies with a 258 item lvl char with the old set from ossus (stripped of the set bonus) with augmentations and good stats. All I've got in all that runs (split on two different chars) was a single tactical item for different class and bad green items of 270 item level. I couldn't event really update my old set with new mods as most of the stuff was items without mods, I got about two enhancements, one was acceptable. The best reward was daily pvp mission, as I've got upgrade to the left side, which is somewhat acceptable. I would like to get some distinction for gear, that is balanced and has augments to a normal unmodded green gear, otherwise you have to play bolstered content to grind new equipment and accept every bad item that drops, as it increases your base item level and thus improves the drops.
  3. Did you feel you were getting upgrades fast enough? Too slowly? - I run about 9 times that flashpoint as I didn't checked, that you have to talk to Malgus to get it count toward the achievement. I didn't liked all that green items, that was not that good as my 258 set with augments reduced to a simple equipment of item level 258. So I disassembled all of it. That was a failure I think as you really need better item level, even though it's worse for you. So probably you need to run such easy to do flashpoint for a while, where the stats doesn't matter, so that the drops get actually better. For "story mode" flashpoint, as it's not really a veteran one, it was acceptable. Were you getting items you expected to get? - I got a marauder tactical item that was really good as I was with juggernaut there. So I was a little bit surprised to get marauder tactical and it was that good. Have no use for me on that char, but maybe I start one just because this tactical item :-D. So basically, I didn't expected anything useful or really good there and it was about like that, with the exception of the one legacy bound tactical item, so I think that's about right.
  4. PvP was bugged, didn't saw all the player of my group in frame. Also I did loose about 40 rounds (after normal first round, there was announcement about every other second). So I stucked and was removed from the instance. I played another round and won, so after 4 points the daily mission was finished. It dropped more than flashpoints, so I think it's ok compared to other activities. But will comment on loot in general in different thread.
  5. Is an encounter too easy or too difficult? - I was in group with some nightmare raiders and we wiped a lot. Not sure, if they just have fun and beer or they tries really hard, though. For story mode operation it was definitely too hard, normally it doesn't matter what gear you have. I can't remember that god from the machine was that hard, so yes, I'd say definitely too difficult. Are the mechanics of the encounters clear? - That could be the reason it felt too hard, so who knows :-D, maybe not. Anything else you want to add on the environment, trash, etc? - Quite nice environment, would like to give it a try again, would you like to fix the boss three, once a group wipes? You can't revive anywhere and you have to leave the group. Maybe add some speeders, too? Don't like the stairs that much :-D.
  6. Do you understand what you are getting when you roll on an item? - I thought I did, but didn't got a lightsaber but blaster on my warrior, so probably I didn't understood :-D. How do you feel about the pricing of items? - I had to run several flashpoints to get enough currency for a single item and got green 270 blaster, so I'd say that is really bad alternative to pvp or conquest. Also drops from flashpoints were better that that. Do you feel like rolling on these item slots is valuable? - Not enough information on this, as I'd never have that much currency on pts, but you'll collect that currency, so it's probably a good way to spent it. On the other side, you can get 5x random roll on "equipment" for 300 or 1 nice item from Zykken. So probably it's bad idea to try here as long as your equipment is low level
  7. I headed to PTS to look at all of the classes, but had some raids in between on the normal server, so it would be nice to get some more time for providing you feedback. I lost some time because of bad usability of the new interfaces. You can't select sets for your char automatically, the hints are not easy readable, but grey on grey if you don't already have your set complete. You have no legacy for all the convenience features like rocket boosts and mounting while walking. If you want to give some more testing time to all the players, make them explore the new features and not get mad about missing their legacy etc. Also give us all-the-not-theory-crafters some useful way to compare the sets outside the raids, not sure, if just a dummy is all we need, not sure what I really need to compare them. I played CZ and was totally happy about the extended aggro, that was real fun. Not for my companion, at least not for the first time. Maybe you can give some stim for players, which extends the aggro radius to have this exciting experience without bothering casual players. PvP was mostly arena, can't say much about one 8v8 map. It fellt quite good to play Juggernaut Vengeance with the new skill and some of the tactical items. Can't say much more, like naming them, as you disconnected the server way too soon. I created a sorc dd, too, it took me about 45 minutes to get it ready, had no time to play at all. Just spamming the new skill few times on dummy. So hoping to get a chance to play those new chars and also create or transfer an assassin, maybe also looking on the other skill trees. A whole weekend for testing would be really nice! Comparing sets and tactical items from inquisitor classes to juggernaut, I have to say, it's not that great. I'd probably even take a generic set instead of any of the class specific. But who knows, you have to truly play it first :-).
  8. Is it possible to "resurrect" old characters? I have few 56 level chars I wanted to level later. It would be nice to skip the char creation and just recreate the char with the same settings and play this event. Of course, I could delete the char and hope that the name stays with me and I also choose the same settings :-).
  9. Happy to found this existing thread without a search function in forum ;-). There are few other people requesting the same, like here - http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=851474. Please make the rocket boost less annoying. I would like to have rocket boost as vehicle without that rocket boost behavior, if it is easier for you to implement. But preferably I would like to exclude it from the random mount, as it is not vehicle. Also there are some vehicles people don't like, but can't remove them from the list. Like Rancor, it's great to look at it, but actually it's somewhat making me dizzy riding it :-O.
  10. Please don't let people search for SWTOR suggestions via google like "search site:http://www.swtor.com/community" and make it easy, so we can spot if a feature is already requested or not. I'd love to spare you from reading same stuff all the time, but if we can't easily search, we probably won't really find it. Also make it a big button in the (suggestion) forum. THANK YOU!
