I've been trying to purchase cartel coins for almost 3 days because I wanted to make a server transfer from Bastion to Harbinger and itz fcking hilarious that I can't still purchase a single one, the site won't allow me...every time i click the "BUY CARTEL COINS" button, the site is redirecting me back to this page (http://www.swtor.com/buy) I already cleared all the history,cache I even tried it with I.E and Firefox and Yay! it works but sad to say, I've got an error message...a PURCHASE ERROR! I've submitted a ticket for that and guess what? they made a reply... "Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to process your request as we do not offer the service you have requested. Currently we are unable to assist with: -Name changes -Adjustments to character appearances -adjustments to legacy -Server transfers (paid transfer is available on your account management page blah blah blah) -Un-binding of items -Trades between players, where on account is a Free To Play account -In-game male sent to incorrect characters in error -Faction change -Adjustments to reputation Gains " Oh c'mon. Such a lame support... Note* There's no problem with my card...I've been using it for almost 7 months now as a swtor subscriber. I haven't changed my card/card details etc. FIX YOUR SITE FELLAS!
  2. It's been 2 days already and I can't transfer my character because the site won't allow me to buy/purchase cartel coins for some reason. Fix your site. "This service is currently unavailable for this account. If you wish to purchase more cartel coins please call our Customer Service team or you can try again tomorrow."
  3. Me and my friend are subs (recurring) for almost 4 months now..dates are all the same..We are using debit cards and we are reloading our cards just right before our subscription ends. We reloaded just a few days ago and my account has no problem while my friend's account can't continue his subscription and at the end, he's receiving an error "An error has occurred while trying to process your request Please try again later. {0}". Since we started subing, this is the first time we/he encountered such problem like this. He can't even submit a ticket in-game because he's not a subs anymore...and I want an honest and helpful answer from you..please don't say anything about, please call our account billing dept. whatsoever... * we're not using the same card (debit card). Thank you

  9. hmm...never heard of it...why not ask your friend about this and his source of the said 2.0 crit changes...I'm pretty sure he/she can be a great help.

  11. Hello, I'm a new user here as in "NEW". I've heard that swtor is a f2p now and as a normal craver will do...I Downloaded it from the site and for pete's sake, I've been downloading it for almost 2 days and I'm losing patience, so what I did, I borrowed my friend's purchased SWTOR CD, I installed it using the 3 CDs and then it keeps on updating and updating stuffs, then suddenly, my launcher stopped from the updates and it says "Installing Main Assets 90 (0%)". I don't know what to do anymore, can someone help me with it? Thanks!
