You can never take the word of the live feed as gospel because it might be true at that point, but be scrapped before release. It's not just about that anyway. Second, we were all having a moderately civil debate and you went and acted like a disgruntled five-year-old just cause we happen to disagree. As I believe someone has said, and while you're right, re-release of said content would be a cash crop temporarily, BW would lose credibility among it's base and ultimately lose more money than it gains. What would be the point in subbing then if you just Re-release stuff for F2P's who were unfortunate or just too lazy to sub at the time. This would also effect quality of life down the road because its the Subs that pay for new servers and hardware for content improvement. Likewise, it's Subs that supplement in-game economy by putting our Cartel purchases up on the GTN for F2P. We do this via our return investment from our subs. This wont happen without subs We are getting our money's worth by subbing and the F2P's are leeching on us and our generosity. We don't Have to waste CC on the F2p's You also say that getting access to these things would make people want to sub more. Surprise, you're right! Here's the thing though, it Does! Those exclusive items that you complain about not getting encourage players to subscribe. That's their sole purpose. - Sub by X-date and get this stuff... Finally and most importantly, you talk about putting money into the game to fix the bugs and the "general Crappiness" - I'm paraphrasing here - of the game. I got a little news for you... The game only really started going down hill after it went F2P, this is a side effect of going Free, because People who pay for it aren't going to hack and Spam it to kingdom come. Having said that, I Understand why BW went F2P and it was a good marketing move, but the F2P was only supposed to be a teaser to get you to sub, not a permanent status, and for a lot of people that works. I myself played for a Week F2P and then subbed and I've played for 3-4 years now. I've also gotten - conservatively - 5 or 6 others subbed. Now see? I did all of that without being nasty. In short, if you have that big a problem with the game, No one is forcing you to play.

I absolutely hate the very idea of F2P's getting Any item that is meant to be a Sub Reward, be it HK-55 or 230 rated armor (hypothetically - though it would be awesome). IMO, and you can Bash me all you want, F2P's should Never get these things. I hear a lot of accusations about preferential treatment and unfair advantages when I say that, and to a point that's true, but you know what? Brass Tacks is, I'm a sub, I pay 6mo at a time and that's Exactly what subs are, you are paying to get things F2P's don't get. I won't lie; I had considered the possibility of doing that, but in truth, could never, nor would I ever do that. As I said, that feels like abandonment. Moreover, selling Guilds is Always a crap-shoot. You never know as a guarantee that it would sell, and if it does, no guarantee that you'll get as much as is needed. So, as everyone but me apparently - until recently - has noticed: The Server population has drastically dropped. Most of the heavy PVPers have gone to Harbinger, which I don't quite Get why PVPers would go to a PVE server, but whatever... Anyway, I've been hearing Rumors of a possible server merge, is there any truth to this? If so, what would happen? The thing is, I've got 2 guilds that I've put a lot of work and Credits into and I don't want to leave or lose them.

OK, so the Subject is a bit misleading. I know exactly why people Rage-quit, or at least I understand the impulse, but I'm getting Really sick of all the RQ pansies. It's pointless and it hurts You more in the long run, not your team. You get Comms, Creds, EXP and Valor regardless of the win or loss. If you quit then you are only depriving yourself of these things by leaving. There are 2 additional issues with this as well. It's not as if Unranked Counts the losses, so there is no strike on your record; and 2 if you RQ in Ranked it counts it as a defect o-loss. To reiterate, the whole Exercise, like this thread, is pointless.
