I appreciate the honest response. Not a lot of people around here do, but thanks for being sincere. Some people tend to forget the human side of things when they're looking at it from behind a computer screen.

And yet you are able to do all that you mentioned above (buying cathar and changing your names) without spending any additional money than your subscription. If the wait for your FREE cartel coins is too much for you to handle, feel free to buy more. The fact is though, you are given FREE coins every month which you can use for these features. You're acting like an impatient brat because you aren't getting enough free things to please you.

BioWare's probably throwing their arms in the air right now. People ask for customization, they give it and suddenly everyone's criticizing them for having the "nerve" to charge for it. How dare a company try to make money off of a product they spent millions on! (sarcasm). The main problem on these forums is that people feel entitled. As long as that keeps up, no one will ever be happy with anything that is done to the game, even if they asked for the features themselves.
