What would the application for that be called?

I was wondering if there is any leveling tips some of the veteran players could provide? I keep hearing something about roll all gathering skills until 50 then getting a crafting skill and THEN rolling alts. I'm current a 31 Tank BH, and regretting rolling a tank as my first char due to the slow PvE progress I'm making. Also I'm currently regretting ranking my armormech/scavenging/underworld trading up with my level, seeing as how I can't really use any of the gear I'm making, since all the gear I currently own is better. But those are just some of the inconveniences I have ran into, and was wondering if there are any others to avoid lol.

Anybody have some good grinding spots? I'm trying to increase my Armormech without breaking my bank by buying components off the auction house

Yeah I was kind of captivated by the BH storyline line and wanted to see what happen next... I didn't want to know I would be facing lvl 28 as a 24 lol.

So I'm a level 24 bounty hunter doing the class quests, who's level is advancing faster than my character's. Any advice on how I should proceed? I've done all the side quests in Mos Ila, and some space missions. Any help is greatly appreciated!
