Just glancing at your parse for watchmen, what's your stat priority at? I'm currently running a mix of 192/198, I have no crit, surge is 64% and alacrity running just over 1.5%.

I would too! maybe not an actual pod racing game. Only because the game is way before the race from episode one. But I still don't see that hindering bioware for making a mini game that has a racing concept. It could just be a underground racing circuit on the big planets like Nar Shadaa, Corellia, probably even Tatooine. If they really wanted to get fancy that could make the crafting skills make buffs and parts that could upgrade your speeder, temp speed boots, etc.
