  1. If you want to play team ranked on Darth Malgus now you have to call another team to queue or it will not pop. It must have been someone really ignorant to complain about mat farmers in queue because it's them who made the queue alive. I remember season 7 and 8 when TR was dead and you had to call someone to queue against you. Nowadays it is the same. Devs even changed matchmaking based on the highest rated person in team so good teams were playing against mat farmers very rarely.

    As far as i remember season 10 started on 7th of august 2018. Same day season 9 ended, there was no pre-season. They said on stream they want 3-6 months seasons with old rewards. So it should end at the beginning of February (after 6 months) . However i sincerely doubt it will. The season will be probably 1 year again, but no new rewards this time just old ones from season 1
  3. I don't understand why so many people here claim that 2k rated players farm mat farmers. This season is different matchmaking based on the highest rated person in team. If you 2k rated you will not get match against mat farmers. The only way to get farmers is that there is no one else is queue. You need to wait 30min for single pop in this case and it gives you +3 rating. My team always leave when no good team in queue because it's boring to wait 1 hour and get +6. The problem is that the team ranked queue is dead now even on Darth Malgus. You need mat farmers for active queue, because that encourages teams to "farm" mat farmers then in encourages other teams to practise and queue with decent comps against them. Then you have some top teams that will also queue but they will not get matched against 4 dps farmers team.
  4. What are you still doing on pvp forums? I mean dude you are wintrader you wanted to wintrade your "top 3" sentinel last season everyone knows that. You do not comprehend Team Ranked since you are too bad to join any team because everyone knows your rating was not legit and your skills are wan. Please stop posting here. I am even suprised you still use the same name that you used for wintrading in solo ranked. If you compare team ranked and solo ranked rating discrepancy it's because of new matchmaking system in solo ranked. Team Ranked was finally alive because so many teams were queuing. Just compare alive season 9 to seasons 7 and 8 when tr was dead even on ToFN and Red Eslpise. In season 9 it was mat farmers queuing but not only them. Many pvp guilds were queuing because all of them had a chance of winning. Some could beat only mat farmers and some could win against good teams. Even mat farmers teams from fleet could be a challenge if they had a tank and heal. For season 10 you have the new matchmaking which makes top teams queue against eachother anyway. Since the weekly change the pops are slow again and it's sad. Team ranked should be alive and devs should support team ranked population.

[Weekly] Masterwork Data Crystal is bugged you can only pick it up on Thuesday, then you have to defeat 2 bugged bosses that i couldn't finish even though i left the group when boss was 4%. To complete the weekly for crystal you end up with 50 points in team ranked, but queue is dead because not even mat farmers queueing anymore for 2 reasons: queue is dead and you need 10 loss for single daily and it can take couple of hours, weekly takes even more time.
  6. Actually best team on DM that runs similar comp to yours plays currently with operative healer. However it's hard to find skilled op healer. I would recommend to find sorc healer. Don't even consider taking merc to TR. Mercs have the lowest hps potencial among all healing classes and almost all of their healing skills are casted which makes them vulnerable to interrupts. Also a warning. DM teams new meta is running with 2 jugg tanks and mara dps that completely counters your comp, so you may be forced to switch to engineering and annihilation. 2 tanks queue is only disabled for regs games now.

  9. How to be the last one to die in acid game or it depends on class? I always die faster than enemy even if i had full hp when acid started and i didn't take any damage. I heard operative and sniper shield probe absorbs acid. What about sorc? Does enduring bastion absorbs acid or they use to not to take any damage from opponent?
  10. It took you some time but I thank you for this nerf. People will finally start to die in warzones yay ! This class was so easy to play that even newbies could make decent hps. This will happen no more i hope.
  11. Too bad you don't know that corruption sorcerer is not the only class that is being adjusted for the next patch. But let me first explain something that is obvious for most of the pvp community. There are currently 3 extremely OP classes/specs in game: - Sorc healer - Merc dps both specs - Engineering sniper 1. Devs plan to adjust all of the stated above in 5.3 patch. 2. There will be no 100% merc wars as you stated because mercs dps will be nerfed so FoTM players (like you) will be forced to reroll this class. 3. I don't want this game to die. What i want is to receive balanced PvP as much as it is possible. You claim that 1/4 of players will leave because of sorc heal nerf ? I didn't know there are so many of them in warzones. But now you see for yourself. If 1/4 of players are sorc healers something is really wrong with this spec since game has 8 classes and that gives 24 different disciplines. I know many players that left the game because of unkillable sorcs heals. Hope now people will stop leaving and maybe even start returning. They dont have to nerf corruption/seer to oblivion. Just nerf it to the level of scoundrel and merc heals. Then finally people would start to die in warzones. Sorc dps is now bad i do agree. Madness will be buffed in 5.3. And as for lighting Keith said they will look into it.
  12. No they were not fine in 4.0. They were extremly OP both in dps and heal. In 4.5 patch sorc was nerfed, dps seemed fine after nerf but heal was still OP. No, they are not good healers. Mercs have strong dcds but too low hps compering to other classes. I do agree that sorc dps needs buff for both disciplines. But heal needs to be reworked. Roaming mend with 3 cc escapes make this class unkillable. You don't want this class to be nerfed because you play it. Try other healing classes and then you will see why sroc is OP. Sorc heal is also very easy spec to play. Too easy. Even new players to pvp can make decent numbers in warzone when playing sroc heal.
  13. Do you make only passive changes? Or will there be changes in utilities and skills for other classes ? merc dps is fine, it's just DcDs that are OP, same with sorc healers - their hps is fine and it is roaming mend and 3 cc escapes that make them OP.
  14. I want to know when they are going to repair class balance. It is already 6 months since 5.0 was released. Any information coming with roadmap would be useful. And yes i will complain about the roadmap if there is no information about class balance.
  15. PvP community is very impatient. You just can’t wait for developers to fix it all. Patch 4.0 started October 2015 and 4.5 patch that nerfed sorcs was released in June 2016. So it took only 8 months for them to make some progress in class balance. Sorry, but Rome wasn't built in a day. We could enjoy over 6 months of an average class balance before 5.0 was realised. Now i just truly enjoy being killed by snipers and mercs. It is also funny when you try to kill them, but then suddenly 2 sorcs healers arise and you can forget about killing anyone in enemy’s team. You underestimate developers too much They will come with class balance after 8 months since 5.0 was realised. So it is July or August 2017 time. There may be a delay if some employees go for holidays or have children however. I hope this clears up any class balance issues. Sometimes i think that the devs may just troll mercs dps, snipers and sorc healers. They get 400 or more command rank and then their classes will be nerfed to oblivion. That would be funny. So much time for grind wasted. After 4.0 PvP gear was easy to get. So it was easy to re-roll class after nerf. Now, any nerf will be very bad for FOTM players.

  18. Many people had to change servers because of population dropping. And when you move to another server your name is already taken. There are players who haven't been playing the game for couple years. In my opinion characters that are inactive for very long time should have their names reseted if player is not a sub. Is there any information about next names renewal ?
  19. Greetings ! I played couple of warzones today and I received 397 CXP for won arena, about 470 for warzone loss. There was more before 5.1 patch. Is it a nerf or i am doing something wrong?. I always had 11-13 medals. Only for warzone victory i was given 662 CXP as it used to be. I thought this patch was supposed to make us grind gear for main and alts faster not slower.
  20. Can you truly blame them ? They can't bubble, phase walk or use force speed. There is no other class that would so vulnerable to electro net. I do realise that 4.0 sorc was one of the most OP class in the history of this game. OP both in DoT and Heal spec. I was waiting for nerf even though i main scoundrel/sage. With 4.5 patch offhealing nerf and Force in Balance range nerf Sorc dps was still strong but now with 5.0 patch when they nerfed sorc offheal again and reduced damage to oblivion it is the worst dps in game. Especcialy with all mercs in regs and ranked. Sorc heal is still very strong class. It's not making the numbers that scoundrels can now but with stronger DCDs and stun escpes it can survive more than scoundrel. Please keep in mind that all of FOTM players that played sorc in 4.0 already re-rolled merc. All those who still play dps sorc play it because they've been playing this class since the beginning not because it was OP. Patch 4.0 was realised 20th of October 2015, the sorc nerf came with 1st of June 2016. So the devs needed over 7 motnhs to figure out that sorcs needed nerf. I hope they nerf mercs sooner than July 2017. It can be a huge problem if they dont. For example FOTM players can have 300 Command Rank in July already and then Devs nerf mercs so they aren't OP and require a skill to play. Imagine the screams of those backpedalling noobs how BW destroy their class and they can't re-roll the other OP class because they have to start from Command Rank 1.

Lighting sorc makes the worst dps on dummy and takes 18th (last) place of dps strength. Madness is 16, but in long fights rotation can make you deplete your entire energy so in those fights lighting can make more damage. Mandos had to play smart ? You mentioned progression so i assume you meant PvE. PvP is a diffrent story but still the only viable sorc spec for PvP is heal. Damage specs are not playable in solo ranked.

    I don't think they are changing any numbers for merc healers, just increase survivability. Which means it's still the worst AoE healing class, most abilities casted, poor energy management and remember that having 2 merc healers is a heal loss because Kolto Shell/Trauma Probeis can stack only once so even if there are 4 merc healers only 1 of them will use Kolto Shell. I would really love to see sorc healers replaced with mercs in 5.0. When i see 4 sorc healers that are healing each other with roaming mend i want to puke.
  25. Scoundrel and commando can also do that - scoundrel with roll and commando with Propulsion Round. Most time when people do that they just wave at you. They can't attack you before you leave your spawn. Of course it can be used as beneficial exploit. For example if 4 concealment operatives leave spawn and then can attack enemy sage before he places his phase walk. There are more serious Exploits that need to be fixed however. For instance phase walk cap in Novare Coast warzone.
