There could at the very least be some entry level schematics at 50. as it now (for synth at least if memory serves), you get some level 49 patterns and a a small sample of 50 ones (belt, bracer i think) that require mats from HMs. Admittedly, the level 49 stuff can be reverse engineered into purples with (i think) armor level 123 stuff.. but.. Oh well Ill be raiding once the guild has caught up anyway -

I generally speak to people of my class (for raiding guild invites) and get a feel for how they reply and their knowledge. Problem with gearscore is that it can be inflated. Aside from a few bosses in the hard modes, u can generally mash 1 skill through them... Kinda defeats the whole gearscore=skill people seem to want to champion.

i personally do not care either way, i use em if they are there and read theorycraft regardless. However, am i right in my belief that end game content is already being farmed (even hard and insane - if it is insane..). I am seeing valid arguments for and against this, but (sadly) those gunning for it are coming of worse due to the idiots adding their destructive voices to the fray.

The people that find them difficult should just look at a guide like everyone else did. No skill, just follow the guides!

I dont remember the exact line (sadly), but on Kaas a questgiver is telling you about how he trusts no one and that he thought his friends were acting suspicious and he killed them all.. turns out it was for a surprise party for him. come to think of it, funny as i found it.. its not a one liner

I am 30, rolled empire as i liked the armor options of the assassin more than the shadow. see lots of childish comments in chat and pvp, but i am more than certain its the same on both sides. So, to answer the OP: The majority of the kids rolled empire.
