    Once I got the same unrelated to my problem responce 3 times in a row. I gave up, created another ticket and got help from other person.

    You got owned by yourself, pal. I always cancel items when I leave game for personal reasons. Though try to contact support again. It depends on the person, some of them are very helpful, others are lazy.

    This. I can't express how I dislike Agent's companions. Trooper story was good, especially first act, though I stopped on Hoth because it became kind of boring. My favorite is smuggler, because story is very personal, very little about war. After JK and SW it was such a relief.
