Once you hit 55 the 50 OPs are locked for group finder. You can still do them by going to the Zoist Shadow I believe it's called. There you will find transport to those OPs. You'll have to either form a group on fleet or join a guild that runs 50 and 55 Ops.

Really wish they would open up server transfers. Even if we had to pay for it. I don't care at this point considering my level 50 character is not on a North American server. I would gladly pay to transfer it.
