  1. I don't know why this surprises any of you guys. Seriously, get rid of your biases and analyze Bioware's actions these past few years. If I have to date a time when this game started to decline, I would mark that with the release of Shadow of Revan and the removal of skill trees. Two operations were released with patch 3.0. There were a total of five operations released in 2.0. Those operations were also only story and hardmode. Fast forward three years of having no new PvE content to the release of the War For Iokath. We got another operation! Oh, but it was just released with one boss. The rest of the bosses were released over a course of a little over a year. They tried to play this off as something unique. Now, we cannot assume what goes through those "200 IQ" brains, but this seems like an attempt to kill off the PvE community slowly but long enough to keep a good number of them paying for a subscription. Let's backtrack to the release of 3.0 and take a look at PvP. Furious weapons and armor were released after season 3. The most sought out and best-looking gear to many. Let's keep that in mind. With 3.0, also came the removal of skill trees. One of the most enjoyable parts of your character, before 2.0, was that you can customize their skill trees and create your hybrid spec. Although tolerable, it did upset a lot of people when they were removed. So this time after the release of Shadow of Revan was a good time overall. Mainly because people were expecting the game to keep expanding and having more content. There was no impression that the game was heading on a decline. A wave of PvPers quit the game at the end of season 5. Players were expecting them to release more armor as rewards and win trading was rampant. 5.0 came and a huge wave of players quit the game as a result of the gearing system. None of it was asked for. Now, the ranked seasons usually had a theme that makes sense with what the storyline is at the time. The themes started to be nonexistent and the top 3 titles were completely random. The season 7 title was the last to make sense. Then, they just started having any adjectives as a title. On Fire, The Genius, The Expert, The Ruthless, The Cunning, and season 13 will be "The Delusional". So here we are. They have put the nail to the coffin. The PvP community is on its way out. Anyone that is left playing ranked, in my opinion, of course, is people with low self-esteem trying to fill that void. But regardless. This is my evaluation and prediction: Bioware has only released 3 operations in the last 6 years. Bioware has released minimal PvP content, unsatisfying rewards, were too slow to fix the win trading mess, and still got it wrong and pulled off one of the biggest trolls. Now my prediction is that they are going to do season 3 rewards next season, that way they can fool more people into paying for a subscription for even longer. They probably know that they can use that leverage to still get people to play. It's a masterplan by our awesome developers. So regardless, they are either trying to get as much revenue as possible before pulling the plug, or they are the most terrible entrepreneurs on the face of the earth. I'm going with both. And you know, there is a lot of conversation happening in the US right now about all-round corruption. Well, we have corruption right here folks. Get your signs and your masks and protest outside their HQ. Seriously, put this company and EA out of business. They are a disgrace. And if you give them money, you are the problem.
  2. Lol, can you please stop grilling loners on the forums. But since I am here, group ranked has always required an individual to have one thing. Friends. But nowadays, these solo ranked players do not seem to have that lol. These people literally sit on fleet 24/7 flexing their titles and maybe queue for a reg once a week. So idk maybe we're just ignoring the huge fact that no one has friends anymore on this game.
  3. Hey so if I am correct, this is a voidstar that my friend and I were in last night as well. I will first start off by saying that I am a ranked player so I personally do not care about objectives, just numbers (I'm a retired objective player. Lock me up). My point for saying this is that I'm not biased on the subject because I was on this gentleman's team. Also, I hate the people who just assume everything is a hack in PvP, but in reality, they are just not as skilled as they believe themselves to be. Anyways, this was a clear hack, I do have to say.
  4. Ahh my successor, Nesrago, has realized the annoyance of running these things. Although he did not last too long before giving up, let us take a moment of silence to honor his term. ...... Thank you.
  5. I mean here's the situation. Go back to the way it was before adding mats and barely having people queue for group ranked or more people gathering together a set team to queue with. Yea, ya got those mat farming teams/ people in queue, but adding mats did bring out more people making actual teams than in previous recent seasons. I think keeping the mats in group ranked was a good idea, but it killed solo ranked compared to group ranked. So, there should still be some reward besides the end season rewards that would drive people to queue solos- what that would be though, is the question
  6. yo fix the stuff you copied and pasted
  7. Everything is in the process of being updated. Sorry for any inconveniences but I am now returning to the game and have more leg room to update
  8. Hi guys after some consideration and feedback from notable people, we have decided that it is to best interest to the community that IF the bolster is increased on Tuesday with patch 5.2, there will be new fresh records. In this case, we would be going through 3 different bolster changes within 2 patches that makes the records not very competitive. If bolster stays the same, these records will continue. I am still, and always am, open to feedback. Thank you:)
  9. A chart would be super great to release like the last seasons. And if this is another season that goes start of expansion to end, it is not going to look good. Again... armor rewards, weapon rewards, mount, titles. That is what 99.999% of the ranked community wants. That's what could bring back subscribers that were turned off by previous season rewards. The armor rewards were good and decent amount liked it because it was noticeable. Please just make it right Musco, and the new game producer, and at least get some ranked community feedback on this
  10. There is not much of a problem with the exploit on JC, so I really do not have to worry about looking for those who use the dvl armor. If I were to come across that a person who posted used the bug, then yes, I will remove the record. But, as of now, no one with a record uses the gear to my knowledge. Thanks for the concern though. I do know Doc made a separate thread for 5.1, but these are general 5.x records, so these will stay as is until further notice.
  11. Yea Mr. Musco, sir, we would all really like to see weapon boxes since that was not given last season which as you may of saw, was a disappointment to many. Also, we have been asking for many seasons... an armor set. Now I can assume there is not a single ranked player out there that would despise getting weapons and an armor set. It is sort of common sense that that is a great thing for us all. And it should be like the s1 and s3 armor where it has unique effects on it like glowing. So please Mr. Musco... please put a word in about this. It would make next season more active I bet. Also, in addition, go back to your old roots of rewards. T3 titles and the crystal (make the season crystals t3 again like they used to be please. We should not be having to spend 30k+ tokens for them), t2 title and weapon box, t1 title mount and enough tokens for everything below. And of course, black silver crystal boxes. Thank you
  12. Hey all. After a good amount of time considering this, as well as getting opinions from others, when patch 5.2 starts, we will be removing the midbies section of the records
  13. This Saturday, I will update everything since I missed last Saturday because of New Years. Just in case anyone was worrying so much kappa
  14. Please indicate this is midbies next time. that goes for everyone
  15. Overall tab is not required anymore tap
  16. lol no problem. nice numbers though
  17. Midbies section will be added soon

    Season 7 Rewards

Okay I will be honest with you bioware. First off, last post I did on this thread, you responded with something within the hour so I expect you do that this time as well. What kind of garbage stream was that. The PvP slide was legit way shorter than a slide where you compared dumb mounts for 5 minutes. Your "teaser" was telling us we are getting rewards we knew we get every season... Oh but wait a minute... you left out basic rewards like weapons. Sorry to break it to you, actually I'm not sorry, but you have two aspects of this game. PvP and PvE and if you have not noticed by now, they're dying out. All you will have left is the little story carebears. So I advise, you go into more detail and give what the majority want. And you should listen to the wise Donald Trump. He once said, "We need to do something quickly.. QUICKLY!" That is your motivation. Get to it.
