  1. And here lies the problem I had with leveling a JK Guardian. It's not that the Jedi themselves are robotic or naive, it's that the voice actor for the JK just sounds like a terrible passive pansy if you're choosing light side choices. (Even Dark Side choices as the JK just sound like an apathetic father scolding his children for making a mess or something). I've only played my light side JK to level 24, and am currently leveling my Dark V SW Jugg to 55 (He's 46 now). I completely stopped leveling the JK specifically because of how horrible he sounded making light side choices during cut scenes. I understand I'm a "protector of the peace" or whatever, but every single 'good' answer doesn't have to lead to me putting my hand on my heart and repeatedly saying "I will do everything I can possibly to aid you with this cause" or some such crap. Plus, while leveling my SW I have come across COUNTLESS BAD A** Jedi Knights/Masters in quests/cut scenes that are still "good" and "protectors" but sound awesome. Like a hardened war veteran and such that realize you don't have to be a complete passive pansy to be "good". Which all really sucks, because I REALLY wanted to level up a JK, but the voice acting is what turns me off of it. Anyway, to answer your question after my rant: No, light side Sith Warrior sucks and you're right to feel like an out of place moron in the Empire. Go Dark Side.
  2. This is pretty much my same train of thought so far. My Sith Jugg's and Jedi Knight's story just plays out perfectly if going all Dark/Light. However, I've noticed that with the Imperial Agent, there are many shades of dark/light/neutral pertaining to how I want to play him. Some choices that better the long term goals of the Empire as a whole turn out to be light choices, and that's fine. Choices like murdering a contact after they have been used up, or double crossing someone and going back on your word obviously are dark side choices, which once again are totally fine since I am playing my agent as "The mission comes first for the Empire no matter what". I have noticed that the IA is (so far) the only class where you will find you self very frequently bouncing back and forth between dark/light choices. (Maybe the Smuggler is like this too, but I have yet to play one.) Not because you can't decide if you want to be "evil" or "good" per-say, but because if you are playing your IA like an IA would actually stereo-typically behave (loyal to the Empire/Secret-Spy/etc.) then you WOULD fall into a grey area. This was a bit to get used to, since coming from the force user's stories I was on the track of Republic = 100% light choices, Empire = 100% dark. All in all, the agent is very fun to play not only because of the game play, but the freedom you have in choices where you don't "feel" like you have to be shoehorned into one alignment.
  3. Oh my god they were haxxxx0red??????!!!11111

  5. No clue who the guys is. Have never seen him post once. So don't care. BTW, proved my point about not caring if you don't know who the person is, thanks.
  6. This morning I really wanted to wear my comfy ankle socks because it was cold out but they were in the hamper so I had to opt for the regular ones which aren't as comfy with my snow boots. Do you care?
  7. Uhm, who cares? Bye? I've never understood these types of posts.
  8. So, I've played a few classes but nothing to 55 yet. I have a level 30some Sith Warrior, a level 43 Bounty Hunter, and a level 25 Jedi Knight. On both of the Empire characters I have gone full dark side and it has been a blast. Being a ruthless juggernaut Sith Lord feels very awesomely cheesy Star Wars villain like, and being a cold-hearted killing BH also feels just right when credits are the only thing my character cares about. Also, being a goody-two-shoes JK also feels straight out of the movies accurate (although the voice could be a little less pansy like). However, the Imperial Agent is a different beast all together. I am trying to get a general FEEL for the agent, and what Dark Side/Light Side means during his story. At level 25, I have not yet really figured out the "pattern" yet (if that makes sense?). What I guess I'm trying to ask is, which is which? Does dark side mean siding with the Sith Lords and ignoring the greater good/needs of the Imperials/Empire? Does light side mean giving the Sith a middle finger and going with what is the greater/long term good for the Empire? I am trying to play my Agent as a ruthless "cares only about getting the job done no matter what in the name of the Empire" type guy. But it seems that "ruthless" and "for the empire" are separate beasts in the story so far. I want to shoot unarmed witnesses in the head after they are used up, but still have my character respect the Sith with a "Yes, my lord" every once in a while, but at the same time I don't want to be a pushover to them and the needs of Intelligence/the Empire come first. Without spoiling anything for me...Is this possible? Is the best way to achieve this is to stay neutral? What is the Dark Side/Light Side pattern for the IA? Thanks!
  9. Oh, this one is easy because it happens when I PVP all of the time. Me: Bounty Hunter. Opponent: Jedi. -Jedi: Thinks that because he has a light saber and can use the force he is unstoppable. -Jedi: Starts to do a bunch of stupid flashy force powers that I interrupt by smacking him in the face with my pistol. -Jedi: Tries to get distance because stupid flashy force powers didn't work. -I grapple the Jedi to me, hit him with an electro dart, and kill him before the stun wears off using my flamethrower, wrist mounted railgun, and wrist mounted missile launcher. Pretty simple, actually.
  10. Nice Armor What armor is that, what's the level req for it, from where, and what dye combo did you use to get that? Sorry for all the questions but it's very rare you see a decently dressed bounty hunter let alone any character in this game.
