  2. A few ideas I also have would be to have 3 tiers of planetary missions. [Daily], [Heroic], and [Legendary]. There can be a [Weekly] for each tier of missions. [Daily] missions can be easily soloed. They could bring back the dailies on Ilum and Belsavis. Maybe the Bonus Series on each planet can be done once a week? They would need to add one for Corellia though. Each mission would offer a small amount of CXP and alliance crates. The weekly would offer more. [Heroic] missions are meant to be 2 manned although they can be soloed. The difficulty would depend on your current level. They offer a medium amount of CXP and alliance crates. [Legendary] missions require a group to do them, they would be added to the group finder. It would be like a shorter version of an uprising or tactical flashpoint. There would be healing stations if you have no healer in your group. They offer a large amount of CXP and alliance crates. tell me what you think of these ideas?
  3. It definitely needs an update. They could include the new uprisings as well.
  4. So I have been doing the veteran chapters of KOTET and some of the bosses have abilities that need to be interrupted asap such as the Horizon Guard Captain's mass affliction in Chapter VII. But the problem I am having is when I hit interrupt, it sometimes does not work and the cast goes on uninterrupted. This might be due to lag but this is an incredibly frustrating bug during intense fights. I try to use my stuns when the interrupt does not work, but they have a long cooldown.

  6. Flashpoints 1. Star Forge Flashpoint: Remnants of Revanites discover an ancient Star Forge and plan to finish what Revan has started. Players must stop them 2. Bespin Flashpoint: Tibanna Gas is useful for the war effort, but The Exchange has stolen large quantities from it. Players must enter the Exchange Hideout on Cloud City to steal it back. 3. Flashpoint on Telos: Czerka Corporation wants to mine for precious resources from the planet, but their plans for extracting the resources will potentially destroy the planet. The objective is to invade their base of operations on citadel station. And travel to the surface to stop the mining once and for all. 4. Kashyyk Flashpoint: Trandoshan mercenaries threaten to kill a vital Wookie Senator. Players will travel to the treetop village to stop the Trandoshans from carrying out their mission. It will be similar to the Republic Commando game. 5. Mygeeto Flashpoint: The Republic and the Empire want to conquer Mygeeto for its vital resources and they engage in a battle. The flashpoint would vary based on your faction. Uprisings: 1. Belsavis Asylum: Players must venture in an overrun Asylum to stop some dangerous prisoners. 2. Geonosis Arena: The Geonosians would be a great ally to both factions, In order to win their support, they must compete in an arena. 3. Yavin Temple: There is another ancient weapon that might turn the tide of the war, it is hidden in a temple. The temple is guarded by Massassi and other creatures. There is also some traps to look out for. 4. Corellia Tram: Terrorists have invaded a rocket tram and have planted a bomb inside it, they plan to destroy the government district. Players must stop them before it is too late. This will be similar to the one level in Jedi Academy. 5. Balmorra Uprising: Some radical resistance members plan to take an extremely dangerous superweapon for themselves, the players must stop them. This will take place in the Balmorran Arms Factory.
  7. One solution I am thinking of would be to have brackets based on command rank. That way tier 1 ranked players would only play against other tier 1 players. One drawback to this might be slower queues and being unable to play along with friends who have higher or lower command ranks. But this could remedy the gear gap a little. This is just my opinion.
  8. This can be very similar to KOTOR 2 where you go on a mission as your companion. This can be similar to the HK-55 bonus chapter. I was thinking there could be some missions where the player would choose their companion to send on a mission and you get to control the companion throughout the mission. For example, the outlander might send T7-01 to infiltrate an enemy base in order to download schematics. Or the Outlander ends up in a cell and must use his/her companion to unlock the cell. In the vanilla storyline, some companions will go on an offscreen mission during your conversation with them. And instead of fading to black, you would get to play as your companion on an instanced map. This can also be great for RP when you get to control your companions. Such as wandering around the fleet as Theron Shan or Kira Carson. Tell me what you think of this idea.
  9. One issue I am facing is that the class story missions are a little too easy if you are overleveled. A change I am thinking would be to level the mobs in the missions to be on the same level as the player. This hopefully can make the class story bosses challenging again Another Idea I have is to make the class missions repeatable with the option of veteran or master mode difficulty.
  10. So I was thinking when players get infected by the rakghoul plague, they transform into rakghouls instead of simply exploding. Once transformed, they would receive a new set of abilities similar to the Trial and Error uprising. But they have the ability to infect other players. Most Npcs will turn hostile towards you in addition to other players who are not in your group. It could offer great potential for pvp. There would be new daily missions like "kill or infect x amount of players as a rakghoul" If a player does not want to play as a rakghoul, there is a suicide option which causes the rakghoul to explode. If you are on the fleet or capital world as a rakghoul, you will get incinerated immediately by several droids.
  11. These Heroic missions each have a pretty long respawn timer for objectives, the worst offender of all would be possessed hunter.   12. I definitely want to have something like this, they already released veteran story chapters for the KOTFE and KOTET expansions, i would love to see this implemented as well. It would give a chance to revisit old story areas, and see the different dialogue options. The issue I have with the class stories post 4.0 is that most of the fights have become too easy to do.
  13. I just would also like to know the recommended minimum influence level for companions as well. I played through most of the veteran chapters of KOTFE. I wore around 228-230 gear, some chapters were decently challenging but others had extremely tough boss encounters like chapter 10 and 15, and the final boss in chapter 2. I have not done the veteran mode of KOTET yet.
  14. Even if we do interrupt all his casts, his instant abilities where he throws debris at the player does pretty insane damage. We did try to interrupt force explosion and the other interrupts.
  15. I wonder if they can bring back the older events such as rakghoul event on tatooine (not the T.H.O.R.N one) or the Grand Acquisitions race on Nar Shaddaa back in 2012.
  16. You can set healer companions on passive if you want them to move around. I don't have a solution for them healing themselves though.
  17. I would not recommend recycling old content, but the idea has good potential. What if there was brand new datacron locations instead. Maybe some added on Zakuul or Odessan.
  18. Chapter VI of Eternal Throne shows just how much great potential a Zakuulan stronghold could become.
  19. If it's done by a group, there might actually be a chance if one players drops out and is replaced by a high influence healer companion.
  20. What about more cross-faction warzones like Odessen Proving Grounds. I think Huttball can be made to be cross-faction. Maybe other warzones can be converted to cross-faction and only a few like Voidstar and Civil War remain faction vs faction.
  21. I had similar issues with that flashpoint, I also find that the Ortuno fight in Depths of Manaan and Darth Serevin from Battle of Ilum are way overtuned for Tactical Mode. Darth Serevin can kill a player in 3 hits by simply hurling debris at them.
  22. Population imbalance might be a problem. What about a consolation system where a player would get a bonus to their stats if they lose a match? It might not solve the issue with bad players but it can give a better advantage when you are going against really good players. I don't know if this will really work but this is just an idea.
  23. On the Harbinger the Republic Side almost always get beaten in pvp, and I was thinking there could be something to help increase the chance of winning. We could do the same system for the Dark Vs Light server war for pvp, but this time it's by faction. The score is tallied by winning warzones. If one side wins they get increased valor and command xp. If one side loses they get a bonus to stats. The stat bonus could add up if they keep on losing, but it would reset when they finally win. Let me know if you think my idea is good or not.
  24. What I mean are for the weeklies on Section X, Oricon, Black Hole, etc. Finishing the weekly will give a larger amount of crates than regular heroic missions. Maybe Oricon can give Alien Research, Section X gives Military Supplies, Yavin gives Ancient Artifacts, and The Black Hole gives Smuggled Supplies. Or each weekly can give 1 or 2 of each crate? On the other hand, I think there should be a slight increase in command xp given for completing weeklies. Somewhere around 100 cxp or such. These are just ideas.
