[Europe RP-PVP Server]

I was curious as to why there is no RP-PVP server, I mean considering North America has one, only seems fair that Europe should get one too, i'm sure it would be popular enough for european players, considering they don't have that playstyle available i'd imagine people would like to try something new from either the RP servers or PVP servers, would be really nice if they would add this to the game.
