    City of Heroes was dropped because NCSoft was purging western games from their game list, wanting to stick to only the games they themselves develop in Korea, like Aion, that is most commonly what I've heard anyway. As for how SWTOR would go out, I really don't know enough yet to say that, I'm a recent addition to the player base with only just 1 char at 55, so yeah.
