  1. IMO A big undercut is acceptable in a couple situations. 1. Time and time again, your item dosn't sell. Its time to simply unload it rather then take the ~ credits from a vendor. 2. Some jerk is trying to sell 1 green goo for 10mil credits. Obviously no one is going to buy that, so put up a reasonable price. Usually, 1 credit down is always the way to do it.
  2. I am a bit frustrated that L55 HM flashpoints and operations still drop elite and ultimate comms while all of the comms we earned doing so were turned into basics. It makes sense if old content started dropping basic comms, but apparently it dosn't. And even worse, for some reason L60 hm flashpoints only drop basic comms.... So are we supposed to go back redo old content? The rewards just don't add up.
  3. Right now it seems the biggest contenders for undercutting are all flooded with supply. Grade 11 purple slicing mats, Advanced 36 Augments, MK-10's, and Advanced Stims are all super cheap for being as time consuming the get as they are. Supply and Demand? Right now if you really want to make some cash... try Arch. The green grade 11 fragments and power crystals are going for 4-6k each on JC. I can't even turn my Biochem mats into MK-10's as fast as I am gathering the mats. Yet I can barely get enough Arch mats to make basic things like hilts and relics.
  4. The only place it is different is in L60 HMFP, and possibly L60 ops, but I haven't had the opportunity to get into one yet, so I can't say. The trash mobs of 4-5 silvers in HM Deapths of Manaan and HM Legacy of Rakata are ridiculous. Tank has died numerous times in each run due to unexpected uber burst damage from silver enemies. Just one silver enemy can easily take away 60%-70% of a L60 dps' hp in just a few gcd's. I.E. Adds spawning on either the middle or last boss.
  5. Personally, I don't think its that weak/normal enemies are weaker, I believe its because all of our basic class aoe skills; 'Force Storm', 'Supressive Fire,' 'Sweeping Blasters' are just super OP. Just using that ONE skill on a group of more then 4 enemies, does over 5k dps.
  6. I agree with you 100% Pre-order Early Access should really be called open beta. This is just a small reason on the list of why this games population is so low. They thank their loyal customers who buy content before its released by using us to test for bugs. You forgot the 5 minute respawn timers on enemies necessary to complete story quests. (With 3 instances of 60 people) And the bonus bosses in HM flashpoints not dropping loot.
  7. Lots of type here.... this has probably been mentioned... Why not just pool all Utilities into one category. Its not like any of them are any better or worse then any others. They are all just arbitrarily grouped into 3 tiers of powerfulness. Typical SWTOR nonsense.
  8. Mag shot looks and sounds like garbage compared to rail shot. (pretty sure everyone can agree with that.) Ability animations aside..... this spec has changed so much..... what my animations look like are the smallest of my concerns. Micromanaging 4-5 dots while trying to get a Mag shot off every 7.5 seconds is pretty frustrating. Not to mention the 6th dot... Supercharge. Or the 7th dot... Electro Net. Fusion missile is totally reworked. Way less damage, short CD with a much less energy cost. Is it even worth keeping up?
  9. I have 2 simple suggestions to make finding a group at L55 easier. 1. Show your place in queue. i.e. Queueing as a healer would say " You are 3rd in line to heal for ""_____"" I haven't thought this out a lot, but as far as I can tell, there would be no negative side effects to this. If people knew they had a relatively short wait ahead of them, they would be more likely to stay in queue. I just find it very strange that at certain times you cannot even find a dps through group finder. I believe this is mostly from the excruciating wait times. The only small detail about this idea that I can think of that might get some negative feedback is that F2P's might not like joining queue at 2nd or 3rd in line, and having subs keep knocking them back because of priority queue. 2. A server wide LFG channel. This would mean no matter where someone was, (their ship, fleet, oricon, balmorra, pvp, w/e) you could have constant acess to look for party members. Of course this would have to have an option to easily be turned off and on. It seems like it could turn into spam central. A lot of times I am looking to get picked up by an ops group, but have zero desire to sit on the fleet and blindly drive circles for an hour until a group forms. A server wide LFG channel would alleviate this problem.
  10. Im sorry to rant and rage but, This is my first forum post. I came on here to complain about how unbalanced the lvl 50 craft system is, and no doubt, within 30 seconds i find this post, commenting on the exact problem i have. I was planning on outfitting all of my chars with crafted rakata bracers/and waist armor, until now, i find out they are BOP.(After i wasted a biometric crystal alloy on one.) Synthweavings only usefulness is making augment slots. My other account has artifice. Artifice is totally useless. It has nothing to do with BOP/BOE; there is nothing rare, or special that can be crafted anymore with this skill. The crystal market is flooded. The reason i find this to be unbalanced is because of Biochem. Biochem can craft OP medkits and stims, unbound columni implants, and reusable non consumables. $$$$$$$$$$ I go on the GTN to get a Exotech might stim, and the cheapest one is 20,000 credits, and thats if i buy them in a pack of 5. A exceptional medpack is 1,500 and a exotech medpack is 20,000. The difference is slight but noticable. How did prices become that inflated? This is a great game, very balanced for the most part, im just very frustrated over this BOP/BOE deal. It needs work. My suggestions: 1. If Bioware doesn't want people selling the rakata gear, at least make them Bound to legacy so all of my legacy can benefit from the skill. 2. Create a vendor that sells lvl 50 stims/medkits/adrenals. 3. Add some new artifice schematics. Items that cannot be obtained throughout the game. Once i hit lvl 50 all of the hilts, enhancements, and crystals i make will be trash since better gear is so easily obtainable. And btw, im sure if you asked a bioware employee about the crafting system, he would plead the chewbacca defense. http://img440.imageshack.us/img440/5709/82144177.jpg Uploaded with ImageShack.us
