From what I read on forums and reddit, if you are level 40 scaled down to level 20, you will perform much better with level 40 gear than with level 20 gear, even though you're scaled down to your gear's level

No, I'm not trolling or joking - Sharpshooter Gunslinger Spec I'm Having a lot of fun with this spec and using a decent rotation, but was wondering about this "simple 5 button rotation" since it seems this spec has many great skills and I'm not sure which those 5 are

I've read some very detailed guides, mostly at Dulfy's and I keep reading comments and seeing people in-game saying Gunslinger/Sniper have a very simple 5 button rotation. Since the guides I read are very detailed and have very long and complex rotations, I was wondering what this "simple rotation" consists of

I would have loved if Dark I-V could have the option to chose not just to show or hide the corruption but pick the level. I loved how my Inquisitor looked at Dark II, but at V it was too much so had to turn it off completely

And even see some of the patch stuff, like the new icons for armor packs and pack opener etc. while you're at it

Same issue here - reorganized data and now client version doesn't match the server's Hope this doesn't mean I'm locked out til the servers are patched but I have a feeling that's the case

For me it isn't fixed my Bounty Hunter still does not appear as completed Anyone else who still has a broken BH?

Do any of the class stories make sense with the opposite alignment? I want to try out LS Sith Warrior and Inquisitor but not sure if the story would make sense in these case And what about Republic classes? any of them work well as a DS character?

Amazing timing 1 minute before coming in and reading your reply I uninstalled AVG and it solved the problem :-) What's weird is that I always had AVG but it only stopped working today...

Been playing for a the past 2 months or so, as a subscriber As of today I can't get past the loading screen. The loading icon on the bottom right rotates for a bit and then just stops, never getting me to the character selection screen Not sure if this started before or after downloading 4.3a Reinstalled the game, turned AV and FW off, nothing seems to help After the reinstallation, 1st time I ran the game I got to see the videos but then it got stuck, so basically same issue please help, I don't want to quit the game and unsubscribe...

stupid question, but can someone explain leveling abilities to me? In Kotor I/II (which I just replayed in the past month) and most other RPGs I played when you hit a new level you can choose whether to unlock new skills or improve old ones. Here, I just hit level 4 now and the trainer offers 3 news skills. Do I just take all of them? no choosing or improving the existing ones? And why do the skills have credits icon next to them? the current ones are 0

What about species? Are they worth getting? can they be unlocked without CC?

Just started playing, with a full subscription A few questions Anything I should buy the early with the Cartel money? I have lots of "gifts" in my in-game mailbox. grabbing them fills my inventory, any way around this? Any other noob tips?
