You are not the only one - I have exactly the same problem!

If you still have your toons, just log into the ones that are now showing as incomplete (usually ur smuggler) when you log out of that toon your legendary status is back, or that's what I did to get mine back!

I had that, just needed to log into the alt the showed as incomplete if you still have it and then logged of that alt and my legendary status was back, If it's deleted I think you are stuck until they fix it
