I think I've read in the past where they give you a bit of leeway where if it's as you said that it was minutes after the due date, then it won't be considered as you were not subscribed. The question was asked on a previous event/sub give away and that is what one of the mods/admins told the person. Like I said, can not remember which one, think it was for the first of the HK-55 stuff.

Actually that's incorrect. Only the DvL packs that you get for missions have no chance cubes. The ones you purchase with CC have them.

I had the promo as well, haven't gotten them, but I'm also not expecting to. I think it was just for the non subs.

There are 2 yellow boxes to click. As others have said follow the yellow cable, though there is one "box" that kind of fools you or at least it did me at first.

I think they send them in bulk. I usually get mine on around the 14th or 15th of the month.

They retrieved my deleted smuggler and now everything is good. I guess I'll just make sure to keep one of each toon from now on just in case.

Never used the tokens or the free one for sub.

Last night I had it, after downloading and installing the new patch it was gone. The game now says that I never finished the smuggler story line. I did delete my smuggler because I had no plans on playing the character again, but I had finished it. I'm not sure if this is a bug or what happened. I tried to do an in game ticket, but that was not working either. Thank you in advance

Unfortunately, I guess I'm having a different problem. I keep getting an error message that reads: "This application has encountered an unspecified error. Please try this patch again." I was getting this error before and after using your advice. I've reinstalled the launcher and the game but nothing helps. I knew I should have never subscribed.
