I thought cartel market items are only bound for like 36 hour or smoething like that

I have an assault cannon that I want to give to my commando but it won't let me because it is bound

what are bound to legacy mean because I was wandering it says bound for 2 days or what ever then it isn't bound but is says bound even though it has been like a month

I read a thread saying you can mail bound items to your alts, but I have modifications in and it is from the cartel market so do I have to take out the mods and then mail it or what???

What is the best class to play because I am having a hard time finding a good class

I thought about the agent and then I made one and it wasn't the most exciting class to play.
