What is this? With all do respect but why are you nerfing Lightning and killing madness? You know that all you need to do to bring sorcs dps to "good" spot is only to increase CD of force speed to 25 seconds... that's all balance done. Why sins are not addressed while deception is literally broken and overpowered as hell? BTW you guys nerf wrong tactical for operatives... you know that right? So if you wanna balance class maybe first ask peoples who's playing your games on certain classes what need to be done to made really class balance...

You gonna need 1591 accuracy points to get 110.0% (1% from companion, stim, 3 Superior Initiative Enhancements 80, 1 Superior accuracy augment 242 rating). For alacrity there are two ways: If you have guild perk for alacrity then for Lighting Spec you gonna need 1070 points. When you get five stacks of Focal Lightning you reach tier 3 of alacrity cap (1.3 GCD). This not working in old Master Mode Operations. Second way: without guild perk you will need 1895 points of alcarity to reach tier 2 cap (1.4 GCD). With five stacks of Focal Lightning it put you on tier 3 of alacrity cap. This work in old Master Mode Operations. Whole rest you need to stack in Critical rating. Don't use power crystal, mastery etc just put all remaining points into crit stat.

First of all you need 1% accuracy bonus from orgin companion of Sage. Second thing in PvE u gonna need to use at least Advanced Polibiotic Proficient Stim which gives u 240 points of accu. When you already have it you gonna need 3 Superior Initiative Enhancement 80 (431 acc pre item) and one 242 item level augment with accuracy. All that give you 1591 points of accuracy = 110.00%.

Basically you are wrong about Sabo/Engi... Rotation is maybe easy but it requires tons on focus to clipping Speed Shot, property usage of Fly/Orbital, proper usage of LT and TA and adrenal. Not mention of property stats distribution because they are bit different in comparing to MM/SS and V/DF

Well you are right and wrong in same time because mercs/mandos are not OP and are OP in same time mister.... We can say they are victims of incompetence and ignorance of developers and imbeciles players who always switch to OP classes because they are to lazy to put some effort to play... Basically same thing what happens to sorcs/sages back in the the days (sometime around patch 3.1.2 if I recall). Anyway mercs/mandos DPS are not OP this is true but thier defeneses still are so I don't want to be rude but if someone miss understood current state of this class is unfortunately you mister... P.S. So ok.. I never thought I would say something like this but... STOP MOANING ABOUT SORCS/SAGES DEFENSE AND SURVIVABILITY!!!! FFS we need more DMG on burst specs not more and more Def... I play sorc and sage over 5 years (including beta tests) I do PvP and PvE (Balance/Madness is still viable for NiMs) and I can say that defs and survivability of class is pretty nice so conclusion is that the most problems with sorcs and sages lies in currently players base because let be honest no matter how OP or UP your class is if u get globaled by most of opposite team players u will die anyway...
