There is an extremely long thread in the customer service forum about this. Apparently it's bugged right now.

I answered an LFG on Coruscant the other day. I don't remember which Heroic it was, but it was like a level 12 and I was level 13. As soon as I started headed toward the heroic, the leader (a level 18 who could've solo'd the dang thing at that level) booted me. ***??? No reason was given. I asked. They just kicked me from doing a Heroic at my level for no reason.

The devs should never again tell us anything in advance!

And these bugs are ones that users constantly complain about and clearly have very high visibility within the user base? I'm assuming this game is also losing tons of subs (over a million in 10 months) as well? -
There are definitely positive things about the game and nothing wrong with a positive review, but this one just goes way over the line into blatant fanboyism. You honestly found the fleet to be "mind-blowing"? Really? You really think they should sell the game for $200 and it's worth it? Really? Then you follow it up with, "I don’t know of any place that a couple can go and have that much fun and be clean as a whistle, and still be deeply satisfying physically, emotionally, and intellectually". Come on now. How can you think people won't take you as a paid shill? You went on to call TOR, "A miracle of the modern age." Honestly? What is a really person going to think when they read you saying that playing a computer game is, "a lifetime experience that my wife and I will never forget."

Honestly, I would argue that people have been more than patient with this game. The game has been out a year and BW/EA has constantly lied to the player base over and over again, the customer service is abysmal, and there has been little to no effort put into actually fixing the bugs in the game. How much patients are we supposed to have? It shouldn't be surprising that it spills over when lackluster announcements fail to deliver. -
Not really. You'd think the opinions of people playing your game would matter. Clearly they don't though. Why listen to paying customers?
-
Would not only make sense but would encourage people to pre-order. Those are the two reasons I can think of that BW won't do it.

Every single army that has ever existed has done things the exact same way.

This game needs something major to save it: RoTHC is not it

Very long post. Typically I hate posts just for that reason. Hit all the nails on the head IMO. Well thought out and there's not a lot I really disagree with. EA/BW has pretty much put themselves behind the eight ball with this game. Rise of the Hutt Cartel has to be massively successful in every possible way. It has to be a commercial success and sell a ton of copies. It also has to be a technical success and creative success and be virtually bug free while delivering amazing, nearly groundbreaking, content. It has a lot to live up to. -
I had one conversation with Jaxo where Elara was there. She did not approve of a single thing I said. After that I just dismissed her. Clearly she was not into the group thing. "Here's some trash items to sell. Go nuts."
-
I was the same way. Jorgan was a valued side kick until Dorne came along. Now I have to check to make sure I didn't leave him on the planet somewhere and not realize it. Whatever happened to bros before hos? I never use Forex even though he cracks me up on the rare occasions I wheel him out.
-
I spent mine on cartel packs and really wish I had bought unlocks instead. I got nothing at all of any use except for one 3 hr xp boost.
-
The problem is that nothing in Rise of the Hutt Cartel really justifies being called an "expansion pack." From the information that has been released it is closer to a content patch than anything. Just slapping the term "expansion pack" on something doesn't make it one. The fear is that from now on, all content patches will be termed "expansion packs" and everyone will be charged for them. To me that seems like a reasonable concern. What we've been told is included is, at most, a days worth of content. That's hardly an expansion pack IMO.

I drug him into combat one time. He's got a pretty bad *** right hook.
-
Yeah. They know it's broken yet they still charge for it in the market. Good times.
-
Every companion I get I try out in combat at least once. Some of them suck right out of the gate so I never use them. I am at lvl 46 and Forex is still in the gear he was born in.
