Yep - after you become a member you'll talk to the PvE Squad leader, who will get you into a group that is appropriate for your gear, experience, and schedule.

Moving here will not decrease your ability to find a guild / groups for end-game PvE content. With PvP and all of the changes with 2.4...well only time will tell how the PvP community will adapt and evolve with the loss of 8v8 ranked and the emergence of arenas. If you like both, I do think that Pot5 is one of the few servers that will give you the best chance at feeling fulfilled in both areas.

Pub side's prime time ops team has launched into 16-man HMs! Great work on TC HM and the first two bosses of SV HM - not too bad for alts and brand new people.
