Do you think you can all just mark the quest as complete for those that are stuck? My trooper is stuck on the A-77 mission because I cannot click an item in a quest that has never been broken since beta.
I really dislike the fact that I am actually getting irritated with this communication issues, and generic canned responses that are coming from the community leaders and support people. We as customers are told to file tickets by other support personnel, but yet never receive an answer in the ticket nor updates. It's kinda sad that the only way I found out that someone has replied is by searching on the forums for answers.
What happened to the promise of better communication? What happened to the promise of better updates and quicker fixes?
Back a few months ago, if something this high priority an issue, that broke forward progress, it would have not been released and stayed on the PTS. Now, it was rushed out to the live servers and broke class missions. Why wasn't this caught ahead of time?
I have been a dedicated and vocal supporter of SWTOR since before release, but everyone has their breaking point and this is just one more thing to push people away.
So, please stop pushing us away from the game towards something else, and help us. Don't take a lesson from SOE with SWG NGE by alienating the vets.
