So true. Also I play this game because it's a Star Wars game, not a MMO. Being able to talk to people while playing and group is just a bonus. I came here for Star Wars, not WoW 2.0. I think that outlook makes a huge difference on the "fun factor."

Absolutely it has. I have always loved the KOTOR universe so this game was an instant draw. It took get a new computer this month to actually be able to run it though. Needless to say, I instantly fell in love. I had played FF:Online a long time ago, but that only lasted about a month. TOR is a completely different experience. The only fault I can find thus far is all the complaining and QQing on the forums -.-

While the topic may be called "To all the nay sayers," my point was to actually show the people who can roll with the punches and not QQ over their ice cream cone getting dropped on the floor, that there is actually some growth. I would just like to share that ~40 individuals from my college campus along with myself have just created brand new subscriptions to SWTOR. We have never played before, and while the general consensus on these forums seems to be "death to everything that breathes," some people are actually joining the game. Not everyone is leaving.
