What I mean is..my character has a relatively uncommon character concept, though trust me, I'm well-versed enough in the Star Wars lore to know what is possible and what is not. In the past, when I tried to walk up to some of the RP that was being done on Tython by some of the 'old big names', I was sort of ignored. People did see me, and interacted 'somewhat', but in a very disinterested way. I've RPed long enough to know that RP'ers tend to give very short replies if they don't particularly enjoy RPing with another character. Nowadays I can actually walk around Tython and have some genuinely entertaining RP without being given the cold shoulder. The guilds who I've encounter and who are a bit more open are guilds like the Vodo Baas Academy (I hope I got that name right. ), Library of Ossus and The Jedi Path. But I also ran into Brimlock during some RP on Ord Mantell which was quite enjoyable.

As you can see, they are a bit 'touchy' when you talk about them. Regardless, (as a bit of an update to this forum topic) things are starting to look up actually. I've walked around Tython a few days ago and there was a lot of random RP happening of good quality and being done by new guilds which seemed to have a lot of numbers. I could see at least 20-25 people RPing all night so that's a huge positive development. It seems that with the 'fall of the old elite', new guilds are taking the top spot and these guilds appear to be much more open and welcoming to new players.

If you have multiple accounts running on your Windows installation (like, you play on a normal user account but when you launch the game, you need to give the password of your admin account), make sure you look in the Documents folder of the admin/superuser account. Spent ages searching for the folder in my normal user account Documents folder until I discovered the game was happily saving screenshots in the documents folder of my admin account.

Being a bit of a 'completionist', I really like collecting datacrons. Are there plans to further expand these in the future like getting unique and super-hard-to-get social items from them? As datacrons are tied to the Galactic Codex, can we also expect to get more social gear/items from Codex unlocks in the future? This would be a great incentive for some players to complete as much of the game as possible instead of racing to 50.

The Legacy system currently allows you to create ties with perks and unlocks using your own characters on the same server. The thought crossed my mind that it would be cool if you could add the characters of another player to a 'joined' Legacy. This way, you could gain Legacy levels a bit faster if you work together. It also gives you a reason to befriend other players. Did this idea cross the mind of the developers?

A really nice Q&A blog. More of this please! Personally, from the answers given I can see that the development team is really working as fast as they can with the resources they have. Give them a bit of slack folks. About the 'soon' word, that's how things work in a development environment. If a developer says a feature will be implemented on date x, that means the developer will get an enormous amount of complaints if they don't make the date due to unforeseen complications. That's why the word soon is used, and I totally understand Bioware for that.

If you're on the EU side, The Progenitor currently appears to be the most active RP server worldwide. It almost often ramps up to proper Standard load during the evening. Never had much trouble doing Flashpoints and finding groups. Warzone pops are almost always ~1 minute, often ~30 seconds. Also, if you're looking for a Padawan/Master RP, try The Lost Praxeum! Not sure about the US side.

I'm having a great time as a new subscriber so I still have months of fun ahead of me. Personally I think the Legacy system is awesome and its a great addition to the game. Looking forward to 1.3!
