    Why they nerfed OS is beyond me. What should have been nerfed was your roll in PVP! Rolling around for at least twice the distance what a force run can do, rolling through fire and taking little damage thats what needed a nerf!

    not clear on what =/= means. If your saying Pen = accuracy then why don't you see a 9% boost in accuracy?

    When you have purchased full points you get 9% armor penetration (when using surging charge mind you) I see accuracy only go up 4% not 9% is this working as intended?
