Thank you Eric for your feedback. Always nice to hear from one of the key people, and even nicer to hear that a system put in place to alleviate game issues is actually being used by the devs. Unfortunately you guys forgot human (kiddie?) nature and the wanton enticement halfwits feel when faced with a new way to abuse a system put in place to help us, to help themselves and cripple others. My suggestion would be to include a life of account trigger when people use the report feature, subs have immediate flag for investigation on the legitimacy of the report, and anybody with an account older than a month would also be put on hold, if this isn't already in place somehow. FTP or accounts younger than a week have immediate holds after say 10 reports or similar triggers. To you naysayers using this forum to moan about issues including devs "threatening paying subs", if you are not breaking the terms of your agreement with them that you clicked on and most likely didn't read when you subscribed, then why stress? Further, community input in any online game is critical, and clearly listened to and used as deemed appropriate or possible. If you're tired of providing input to further the betterment of the game, then dont. And watch it crumble. Negative statements breed negative reactions. Try providing positive feedback and you'll be surprised at the respone. I applaud this interaction from the development team and look forward to more like it. Now. PLEASE integrate some of the the long term subscribers rewards forum suggestions!

I managed to get inside the tunnels, but 15 seconds later "This event is not active, please return later" popped up on screen, and using the elevator returned me to fleet...yay!

Dear (clearly Darkside) Update Droids, Please please please I beg of thee can you lot change the ludicrous and highly inaccurate percentage bar to reflect data downloaded and how much is remaining? Its an incredible pain every patch to scour the internet forums until i find somebody who has posted the patch size, some of us are in countries (South Africa) with prohibitive internet costs and have limited bandwidth, and need to plan around this. Never mind the to date 23 days of subscription I have been unable to use, this is a 3rd world issue that is not Bioware's problem of course, but forewarned is forearmed. AT THE VERY LEAST can we have a post in the patch notes of the size of the update? Thanking you in advance Pamela Scott

Ya thanks guys, specifically that vendor and the Honered Saberist Robes I wanted, I have the blooming thing in collections, and you know what it says? "Copies of this item can only be purchased from the Embargoed Items Vendor" yes thank you how helpful, you revamp the system, remove the vendor, then tell me to go find the vendor you've removed. *sobs*

Hey guys, I realise loads had to change with balancing and wotnot, but an entire vendor full of reputation items just gone? Seems a bit extreme. In particular I'm looking for "Gula Sem - Embargoed Items Vendor" who carried level 43 armor that was just awesome. All Contraband Reputation stuff. Has he moved, or has this gear been relocated somewhere else to purchase? Please advise!

Wow. I'd lost all hope in the internet denizens and their abusive antics coupled with tirades of collywobble, and then I discovered this little section of awesome. UPVOTE UPVOTE!!! Thanks so much for this mate, superbly well put together and envisaged, I do hope Bioware at least sent you some form of feedback, but understandable with the torrents of rubbish they must endure if it still hasnt come to their attention! People like you should be voted in by the community to represent us, the poor sods paying subs, in getting content added/amended/created.
