My 2 cents probably won't matter here much as I really don't pvp often and only do on off raid nights to have some fun and a break from nightmare and hard mode instance runs.
I can honestly say that bolster probably should NOT exist as in 1 night of running the pvp queue I was able to get 1 relic, a belt, offhand saber, 2 implants and the earpiece of the opener set for pvp gear. It took all of 5 hours or so (with a break for dinner). Bioware doesn't need to level the playing field by giving people a buff to get them in a spot where they can possibly compete with another player that has earned the better stats on their gear. I think if your going to make people work for any type of reward in the game, it SHOULD come with some benefits and the harder you work for those rewards the better the benefits should be.
As for a new tier of pvp gear... I personally think its a little too soon for that. Not that their should never be another one just that there should be a decent time frame between the grinds for top tier in pvp. Let them enjoy the fact they have risen to the top of their chosen game play. Or BW could just make the ranked match season gear be the top tier and in between seasons have the comms stuff move up just a bit in stats so that when the next season starts there is not a huge gap. Again, all this coming from a player that maybe pvp's 2 times a month. So yeah, instead of adding new gear add more fixes in pvp. From the little bit of pvp I do see... the fixes are needed. This comes from someone that gets bolstered when entering pvp. Its not needed.
