It took me about 1.5 years to do all 8 class stories, but I wasn't in a real hurry...

Does anybody (besides me) remember the "good old days" when the Coruscant and Dromond Kaas strongholds were a mere 3 creds each?

I had a problem finding DT on the Tyrant...I tried everything that was suggested, but nothing worked...UNTIL...I went to another planet (and any planet will do, I think) and was then able to RESET the mission. The next time I went to the Tyrant, the Darth was right where he was supposed to be!

I have had the same problem with my Jugg. I simply reset my mission & it worked fine.

As of 12/11/2016, for some strange reason, I no longer have any problems logging out (NO MORE BLACK SCREEN).

Yup, I agree about those F2P types: zap the names after an inactive year & leave the Subs alone, since they're paying (through the nose) for this.

I went to the EA link & followed their instructions & this time the rest of the launcher install came up & seems to work fine...now I'm just waiting for the patch for 4.7.1 to finish (which takes forever & a day)...

I just had this problem today for the 1st & only time. So...I abandoned the quest & re-started it & it worked just fine. I've done this about 20 times over the years & never had any problems before.

I'm a little confused (actually a LOT confused). In this new LvD thing, it seems that many of the minor missions are gone with the wind. A couple of examples: when one's character reaches Kaas City, the 1st NPC seen was good ol' Minder 20; now nothing with him. Later on, on the way to the Dark Temple, there used to be an NPC named Lothar Swain (one of the better names in SWTOR) who started a mission; now he just stands there. It seems that there are these kinds of things on every planet. Why?

I'm having the same problem.

The only thing I have left for my J Con is to defeat the 1st son. I'm having a lot of trouble with this...

I got stomped @ lvl 25, did the world quests on Tat, then tried that sucker @ lvl 27, & got stomped again ( but closer this time ), did about 1/2 the world quests on Alderaan, & easliy pounded him @ lvl 29...every time as a Guardian w/Kira. Go figure...

For my lvl 50 trooper, I use Tanno Vik about 90% of the time & Elara Dorn the rest of the time.

Is it my imagination, or does one of the cantina songs sound just like the music from portal 1 & 2?

As of yesterday (9 Nov 2012) that darned balloon is still sometimes "poofing" into hyperspace while 2 minutes out...

When shutting down my laptop (yes, I play this thing on a laptop), quite often I'm given the following message, "Waiting for background programs to close." I actually have 3 choices here, (1) Wait it out (till it closes). (2) Click on the CANCEL button. (3) Click on the FORCE SHUT DOWN button -- this is so very intriging ... just think, if I did this, we'd be free of all those holier-than-thou Jedi & all those arrogant/overbearing Sith, in one fell swoop! It's tempting, very tempting...

I'm only to level 25, so I'm sure there are many surprises to come. With that being said, here are a few random thoughts... A great story line, so far, maybe even my favorite. (+) Kaliyo is a tad too aggressive in combat, as often as not. (-) Khorrid is horrid! She has got to be the most obnoxious/irritating/fun NPC I've run across in any class. (+/-)

For any of you 45 year olds out there, I was of legal drinking age when you all were born! My older son plays (he's 38) I'm not too good, but I sure have fun here!
