  1. Because we're a small handful of players using a certain laptop, not enough for them to worry about hurrying. I'm only still here because I have a desktop as well. I said in an earlier post if we all quit the loss of revenue would not be even noticeable for them.
  2. If it was I'm sure they would be in here all smiles saying it will be fixed tomorrow. Lack of response means they don't want to face us. So don't get your hopes up. Its a small portion of the userbase so if we all quit in rage it really wouldn't effect them monetarily so we're low on the totem pole.
  3. unacceptable, this should be a hotfix. you broke the game twice for players before and after an expansion

  6. Yes I used it one time to fix the issue when it was provided, I have not used it since.
  7. Logged in on my old desktop so looks like its the ryzen issue again *sigh*
  8. Guess I'll dig out my old gaming computer and see if that works, looks like they didn't fix the ryzen issue at all

  11. If you haven't already try restarting your computer I had that happen once restarting fixed it, may help for you as well.
