Everything about this is so accurate. Why Bioware feels the need to take our best abilities away, force us to rely on RNG, and drastically reduce our viability in team ranked is beyond me.
Take a look at sins/shadows for example, Bioware has given them almost every possible advantage over many classes, especially operatives. Many of their abilities are guaranteed crits, not to mention the utilities making them immune to immobilizing and stuns. What do operatives get? A single 4 second stun, time wasted applying two probes, and an Evasion that does little in comparison to Force Shroud. All an operative can depend on is a well timed roll.
What's the justification in removing Hidden Strike? Explosive Probe? What's the justification of weakening a class that is already far weaker than all the rest? It's a shame that those of us who have loved playing operatives are forced to reroll just to be viable again.
