    it is a 2 hour maintenence it should be up within 1 hour 20 minuts in my time zone but there might be delays so dont expect it to be up exactly then

    i disagree with you in order for people to want to buy the game there has to be restrictions like that and i hope there is more restrictions like level 30 cap or something like that but thats just my personal opinion
