I leveled my Sentinel with my brother's sage. He went all light. Ive seen it before, so I decided to go dark on my Shadow. Seemed fitting and the choices seem merciful. Although if you've seen the light side comparison, it wouldn't be quite so.

Looks almost like the Reinforced Phobium Chestpiece, but with shoulderpads. It would have to drop somewhere after level 39 I would think, cuz the armors tend to look better as you level up. According to torhead there is a schematic for it, but unfortunately its not the Custom armor piece. Being that its just a datamine hub, one can't be certain.

Couple questions.

Do what Thunder says or keep Vette. Whoever she pulls she'll be able to take out on her own. Your next companion will be melee if you want to switch then.

What do you mean she drove you crazy going Light Side? Right now I barely hit Alderaan, and I've been going Light Side for quite some time now. Was going to do the whole Light Side with Jaesa too, but now I'm concerned lol. I won't be using her much though, I much prefer Vette, so it may not matter.

I went pure dark side on my IA and it was pure evil, death, and destruction. Ive been going Light Side on my Jugg, mostly to be able to romance Vette. I have nothing to complain about. Its interesting to me how different it feels to save and preserve life, and do good as a sith, quite rebelious. Fun.

I didn't even remember Quesh. My bro and I usually level together. I'm sure we just did the class missions and moved on. Hoth wasn't an issue ofcourse cuz there were two of us grouped at all times. Sorry I couldn't be more help on that. As far as completing Quesh. I did it all on my Imp Agent. I was 37 getting into it since I've been soloing heroic 2s all the way up. I got into Hoth with no issues either. I do, however, have crafters that are keeping myself in purple mods/OH, and blues on my comp. That may make a difference.

A couple weeks ago I was trying for Ceraglass and Laminasteel myself and after spending anywhere from 50k to 100k credits I gave up. Tuesday I ended up picking up a mission off the GTN and did it. While I was on that mission I figured it wouldn't hurt to try a few others. Been getting Ceraglass and Laminasteel now. Not many but at least I'm getting SOME now. Maybe it got fixed with patch?

I'm almost Social V and I was paired with my bro from 1-50 for all quests and heroic 2s we did. I did about 2 weeks of heroic dailies with him as well. It does seem low.

Investigation is jacked up as well. I have well over 300 Grade 3 "Blue" quality Research Compounds. I haven't got a SINGLE "purple" quality compound, Ceraglass, through the standard crew missions-even the really expensive ones.. The ONLY way I was able to get any was to do the rank 150 discovery: mission quest which gives a little of the 3 types of results, blue and purple quality. Unfortunately, noone seems to be selling any more. So I got a whopping 12 Ceraglass. I can't do any purple quality barrels from 25-31 at all. Stuck with blues. Oh well, just leveling through I guess.

How do you know if its pre or post 1.2?

Green to purple??? No.... Green > Blue > Purple. After I learned the blue schematic I tried RE the green one, and mouseover told me "No research available," but because I had learned the blue. I still RE'd it for the mats though. Ive made about 10 blues, and they all say 20%... unfortunately not have given me the purple schematic.

Exactly, that's what adds value to gear. If it was easier to get, then you wouldn't make money period, and would just rather vendor it all.

Where are you getting the prices of the mats to create "said" item? GTN? In a way you can never really know the absolute price of materials for crafting, nor the armor to RE. Its really up to the person who does the crew skills, and/or goes out and collects stuff from nodes, to determine how much their time vs credits spent is worth to others. And the default price the GTN puts down is was most will easily go by because many may not know how to work auctions. Its easy mode. What will probably end up happening is people will realize that potential of receiving more crafting materials from you REcycling and the price will end up plummeting of those materials. REcycling may end up being the most efficient way to collect materials. All you really have to do is just go out and do your dailies or quests and bank. I think its fine the way it is really. You sell to vendor for quick easy credits, put on GTN for slightly more than what its worth to sell to those unfortunate on their drops, or attempting to gear up alts/compansion, or simply RE as usual and get a little here or there of the scraps that you didn't have before. TLDR: Its difficult to make money off other peoples' values of items, given that the GTN gives you a default list price.

Same Problem here. I just left the story area, inside the station, reset local instance, and killed everything all over again. She was standing there full health, didn't have to defeat here again. Ofcourse the cut scene afterwards showed her defeated. Wish I knew about waiting.
