  1. Hi, I kept count of the number of codex entries I have so far so to get an idea with an update which ones are new. Before 7.3.1 I had 243 lore entries. After the upgrade to 7.3.1 I now have 244 entries. Has anybody a clue which entry might be the one which was added with 7.3.1?
  2. Hi @JackieKo, as an idea, maybe you wanna add a small note to the sticky post here on item 4 (which is about this version mismatch issue) to point out that as a possible workaround players can just select a character w/o pressing ok on the version mismatch popup to still be able to start the game (if this issue ever occurs again): https://forums.swtor.com/topic/929433-launcher-issues-troubleshooting-steps-updates/ At that time when I ran into the problem I didn't know about that workaround and was just waiting patiently for a fix to be deployed. Contacting the support channel afterwards asking for some kind of compensation for the lost play time (f.e. for an in-game item from the cartel market), I unfortunately had a not too pleasant conversation with the support employee who made clear that I was at fault for not contacting them earlier on the issue, since they might have pointed me to the workaround and allow me to play earlier. Since it was my mistake, no compensation was granted. Unfortunately, that was a very disappointing experience with the EA-support staff for me. Maybe adding such a small note prevents another unlucky soul in the future to suffer the same.
  3. Started the launcher today. It downloaded a new update. Afterwards the issue with the version mismatch is resolved for me and I can play the game again after the 11 day downtime. Btw. Is there any kind of compensation planned for affected players who were unable to play SWTOR due to the issue (be it in the form of a couple of free subscription days or in-game content)?
  4. To join in here, just a few points I personally would like to see changed in the GTN (at least some points have already been mentioned by others here, so count me in on those): possibility to filter for items I don't have in my collection yet (atm it takes 30+ mins to skim through all available armor items to see which ones I already own and which ones I don't - it's especially cumbersome, since I have to hover over the tooltip of each item to see if its already in my collection - the same goes for pets and transporters) don't flag players as AFK, while they are browsing the GTN (consider interactions with the GTN to flag them as still active) raise the max cap to the same cap amount of player credits consider introducing a non-refunable small GTN fee to post items (or replace the current deposit fee non-refundable, even after the trade expired) - this would at least introduces a small cost to repetitively post the ame items over and over again (atm its a no brainer to just keep reposting the same item for months)
  5. The issue has apparently been fixed with 7.2.1. Thanks.
  6. Just to keep this bugreport up to date: Retested the issue with 7.2b, issue still present (still on the record of known issues).
  7. To keep it to the point and short: Mainly playing a healer (German: Gelehrter) and focusing on healing the group members. It's almost impossible to get the 8 medals, if you are on the loosing side (it's the same for Arenas as well as for Warzones). If you are on the winning side, it's still significantly hard on any Arena map to get the 8 medals when you focus on CC/healing while on warzone maps, it's at least achievable (where it's noticeable harder to get them on any of the Huttball maps).
  8. Something however seems to have been fixed in 7.2. Some categories didn't change their max counts for my character, while apparently new entries were added related to Ruhnuk. With these changes, my main Character (German: Gelehrter) now finally got 92/92 codex entries for the (German) "Bestiarium" category while I was previously stuck at 91/92. Same goes for the Lore-category. I got a couple new entries there related to Ruhnak, so I'm now closer to the max amount than I was able to get before (now 239/260 - think previously it was something like 235/259).
  9. Just to keep this bugreport up to date: Retested the issue with 7.2a, issue still present (however, it's still on the record of known issues).
  10. Hi, since people (me included) usually mainly speak up when there are issues or complains with a game/product, wanted to use the chance to give some positive feedback for a change to the devs. The release of 7.2 came to a big positive surprise on my end. After the 7.0 release I thought that the content development of SWTOR was hugely tuned down and EA/Bioware was focusing on other future products, I was really happy with what you came up with in 7.2. Several hours of new story content to enjoy, a new daily quest area with the same scope we used to get in the past with other daily content areas and a revamped PvP game design which looks like a future proof approach with, on the dev side, average amount of work to keep delivering new content (through different seasons) which every player can join in (not just the hard core PvP players which the old ranked PvP system was apparently utilized by the player base for). So all in all, I'm really happy to see with what you made out of such a mature game which is already over a decade old. That said, wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! P.S. If I may post one thought for future announcements: The big 10-year celebration announcement a year ago was not too much a good decision IMHO. That announcement just set the expectations way too high with what got delivered in the end (very tiny story content with 7.0 with very little celebration related content over this yearly celebration period). I'm not a marketing expert, so maybe that announcement payed out in the end, but from a long term player's perspective who started playing the game already during the initial beta phase, it really got me close to stop playing this game. So maybe next time, just be a bit more transparent - it's really no big deal (at least to me), if developing resources get tuned down so just state so and tell us what we honestly can expect to see without getting too much influence by the marketing guys. 😉
  11. Just spotted this entry in the known issues list: "There is a discrepancy in the numbering of the quickbars." Hopefully that entry corresponds to this bugreport here. Looking forward to see it fixed in an upcoming patch.
