  1. Legacy Perks and Achievements transfer with the character, so yes, you will have two Servers with the same Legacy Level and Perks. Basically, it takes a picture of your Legacy at that moment in time, and copies it to the new Server. Any advances made after the transfer will of course change one from the other and they will no longer be a Mirror of each other. Example Bounty Brokers Rep on the Server you last do a Bounty Contract on will now become a higher Rep then the Server you transferred a character to a week ago,,, just one example. Hope that answers your question, I transferred a character some time ago, the GTN on ships are now on my other Server, it went from a Legacy of 14 to Legacy 50 with the transferred character, however, it is now again behind my regular Server for Rep gains and Achievements so, I guess I'll be transferring another one of these days p.s. I know some people have the question : do you lose anything from the older Legacy when the higher Legacy is incorporated? Answer: no, if you achieved something or built a Rep up with a faction on the lower Legacy, it will stay with the New Higher Legacy, so you could have more then what the original Higher Legacy has when the transfer is completed.
  2. It came in Patch 2.3.2 if I remember correctly, something wasn't working right with it, accounts that had already purchased on-line Cartel Coins were not being credited as doing so. They removed it in 2.3.2a and haven't said anything since about when it's coming back. I've been watching for it also, hope they get it back in soon
  3. This is Awesome!!! Thank you! I spent many credits doing dailies just to get the Mira set. I found some nice color combos for it. I had almost the whole set when I remembered that Lore sets can't be dyed Still completed the set, just never equipped it, just because I would be stuck looking like every other Mira out there. Now I can equip it and dye it This is Awesome, oh, I said that already, well, it is Thanks again for this change
  4. This link http://www.swtor.com/join-the-battle-rewards says : the items will be delivered within 10 business days after the end of the promotion, key words being "after the end". So looks like somewhere around the 30th or so, we'll see them in our in-game mail
  5. Good to see you came back to the thread After my first post in your thread, I went back to General Discussion forum and found another thread about the refer-a-friend program and problems they were having as well. Then I went to the Refer-a-Friend page and read the small print on what you need to do etc. I couldn't agree with you more about what you said above with the Instructions and Mechanics being Clarified and Simplified. It has changed since I referred my Daughter which was now over a year ago, or close to that. The Kurtob Speeder was the only referral gift back when we did it. It was quite simple, I referred her, they sent an e-mail, she clicked on the link in the e-mail and created an account and off she went to the download and so on. Easy stuff. I read it now, and the way it is written, I'm pretty sure I'd mess something up I still hope you hang in there and keep on them, (even though people shouldn't have to), but sometimes we're forced to if we want something fixed. I know it's just pixels in the long end of the story, but it's those pixels that gave us the incentive to get a friend to join and since my original post here didn't hit on any possibilities of what could have happened or went wrong with yours, I do hope it works out for you in the long run
  6. Yup it seems to be everyone I lasted about 5 minutes there, I couldn't even run in a straight line because of Force Quakes going off. Couldn't see where the Sage was I gave up and went back to my Ship and logged off. i7 980 EE 24 GB g.skill 1600 240 Intel SSD GTX 680 graphics Never have frame rate problems, except today on CZ-198 only I'll try again later to see if it's calmed down,,, *crosses fingers*
  7. One thing I tend to look for is, the OP coming back to respond to things/suggestions being said in the thread he or she creates. I don't see the OP coming back here saying anything. With that said, I'll still try to help out if possible. The refer a friend e-mail sent by you through BW/EA is the first part that sometimes is missed or not used correctly. If the friend knows they have the e-mail for the refer a friend but simply jump to the website and create an account, download the client, and use a time card to get started, your referral becomes useless at that point. Also not checking the box saying they are willing to opt in to the e-mail from BW/EA will also negate the process. Those are two things that very easily and possibly could have innocently happened when your friend went through the process. I do know for a fact, the refer a friend worked as smooth as could be when I referred my Daughter, not one problem. In my honest opinion, (which is just my opinion), I really don't think the transaction was done completely correct. In my experience with the refer a friend program it went smooth. I know I'm not the only one because I see plenty of the Kurtob Speeders on Fleet and everywhere else I go. To blame a company and say they lied and didn't give you what was promised, seems to me would become an actual legal issue. I really hope you can get it straightened out. I'm pretty sure BW/EA will investigate what or where the problem is or was, and will fix it right up for you Edit: I forgot to add the other possibility that could also be a holdup for the items. If your friend used a Credit Card for the subscription, there is a 15 or 30 day free trial period that has to go through it's duration before the Credit Card is actually charged. It would be at that time you would then receive the refer a friend gifts. Just another thought
  8. And here I was reading the Forums looking for information about giving us another Double Experience Weekend
  9. Actually, it's not silly. I replaced her off-hand to a non-shielded generator, using Classic Comms, bought the (61) Combat Medic Generator from the Vendor on Fleet. Replaced the Mods with the (66) Mods I had in her original generator, and it actually raised the Generator's Tech Power about 200 or a little more. So yes, I'd say if you have her like I do, Healer setup, replace the shielded generator with an orange regular or healing generator. Using the same Mods, you'll see the Tech Power increase.
  10. Another Patch day goes by. Still no mention of a fix for Synthweaving on Willpower item drops from Makeb, the Gree event, and now I'm sure CZ-198 new daily area. We cannot Reverse Engineer anything that has Willpower stats on them from any of the New or Newer areas. Strength items work as normal, but Willpower items CANNOT be Reverse Engineered. We had a response on this from Amber Green on 5-16-2013. That's pretty close to 3 months ago. Since then, not one Dev or Yellow has responded or said a fix is in the works. Can we please get some input on this issue? This thread alone has all the info you need to see what folks are going through with Synthweaving and Willpower items! Thanks
  11. I started a new thread on this, because I couldn't find this thread which I remembered from some time ago. I found it again after some searches, so I'll try and get a response through this one, since I didn't get one on my new thread. I have a Synthweaver with Skill Level 450, I have about 3 Cargo Bays full of Willpower gear waiting to be reverse engineered. I can and have reverse engineered all the Strength items, but still cannot reverse engineer anything that drops on Makeb that has Willpower stats. Am I missing something? When I mouse over an Item with Willpower stats, the space where it would say "no research available" or "requires Synthweaving 420" or whatever, is just blank. The cursor doesn't change to the reverse engineering animation when I mouse over the items, it just stays in the arrow form. Yet, on Strength items, it all works normal. Is this an issue that is going to be fixed? Thank you in advance for any help on this
  12. Happy to give helpful info if I can I remember once getting an in-game mail with a bunch of Purple Companion gifts attached. I sent them back to the sender with a message saying, "I think you have a character with a name close to mine, but I'm sure these weren't intended for me, so sending them back to you :)" Then again, I once bought something off the GTN that was a popular item, high priced, and I got it for a crazy low price, so I mailed the seller an in-game mail with credits attached explaining I just didn't feel right getting the item for that price, so wanted to make up some of the difference. I may be weird, but I just feel it's a game, why rip people off, so I try to do my part Happy gaming!
  13. Best fix for that not happening that I have found to be useful is: Always attach one of your useless "Bound to Legacy Inheritance Off-Hand Weapons" or equivalent item to the credits being mailed. If you type the wrong name in, it won't let you send the mail, as the wrong name isn't in your Legacy Works like a Charm
  14. I'm going to jump on the wagon here with all of you I saw Mira's Armor Set and said "finally, a set worth working on dailies to buy off the GTN" My first mistake was I went and checked what it would look like with different dye mods. I didn't check the actual gear for a Dye Slot It looked awesome with a few different color combo's so I jumped into my daily grind to work for a set! A couple of days of doing dailies and a few pieces of the set in my Cargo, just needed the Top to complete the set!! Something clicked in my head and I remembered that they didn't have Dye Slots on some of the Lore Armors, so I went to the GTN to check and sadly found that there is no Dye Slot on Mira's Armor Now that my set is complete after a few more days of daily grinding, I feel disappointed in the fact that I can't dye it to the colors I actually thought looked great. I'm not even sure I'm going to equip it now I, like others have said, seriously hope they either change this little rule on Lore Armors not being allowed to have Dye Slots, or, at least come out with a set with the same style, feel free to drop the Shoulder Pads off into space But at least a set that looks like Mira's Armor set, but gives us the ability to use Dye Mods.
  15. I don't know if I totally missed a fix for this, and I just haven't done what needs to be done to Reverse Engineer green items with Willpower stats that drop from Makeb, level 52 and higher items if I remember right. As far as I know this only affects Synthweaving. My other characters with other professions can reverse drops from Makeb. I used the "Search" feature and found nothing about this. Though I do remember a couple of months back there was a thread that the Devs responded to. I have 3 Cargo Bay Hold pages full of level 52 and up items with Willpower stats waiting to be RE'd and I don't see anything in the known issues list nor on the Dev Tracker page. Is this still a bug they are going to fix? Did I miss the fix? Any help on this would be appreciated greatly p.s. I can reverse engineer items with Strength stats, just not the Willpower items. Thank you all
