Yeah. The last thing I want is to play my sorc post 7.0 and notice that she can’t do as much damage anymore because I’m forced to choose between dps and survivability. I need what what she has now on her lightning spec and I need to be able to heal and shield myself for some bosses. Otherwise they would have to make a tuning pass for all mobs and bosses and lower their dps and HP to make up for it. I really don’t want fights against enemies to take longer.

I would love to just have a pair of ordinary big round glasses because it would look cute on my chars.

Prices on a lot of stuff has gone through the roof. For example I've been hunting for the Sith Recluse chest piece for about 3 months now. It started at around 10-15 million. And now, in general, people sell them for around 10 times that much. I'm like, what happened?

Yup, broken for me, too. Searching takes either forever or does not happen at all. Sometimes entering the fleet fixes the GNT in my stronghold and vice versa.

I rather BW just keep on adding new companions (my preference is lesbians ones, because I am one myself) regardless of the players class. A thing I would instead prefer is BW adding simple romance interactions with our comps, like a kiss or a hug. Just by clicking on them, talk to them and the choice would come up, we could do it as many times as we like. I just don't like that the only time we interact is when there is a cutscene that never repeats.

Yeah the saber needs to have a platinum icon and color. It's not a gold drop. Not when you have less than 0.1% to get it. And considering how much they promoted the saber, I doubt few people actually believed it would be so extremely rare. I feared it would be because it's typical. Personally I wanted one of the rancors.

Add in a lot of people that will be getting the same and similar stuff and the prizes will go down. And unless you have a lot of patience and try to sell the same item for weeks and more, something that I don't have patience for, you can't expect that kind of value.

The majority of the time you get chance cubes, about 50-60% (edit: make that about 75%, and you're closer to the actual chance to get grand chance cubes, way too many of them). So not really worth it unless you can afford to spend on 200-300+ packs, if you want any kind of decent chance to get the new lightsaber. Which is what they have showed off the most. I was going to buy more but meh, the chance to actually get something from the new pack is too small.

How language work is determined by the people who use it. Conservatism and language does not mix, because language changes over time. No need to be offended when people question the behavior of always assuming an unknown persons gender to be male. A lot of people out there manage to not assume anything. So should you.

If it involves me of course I'm going to get concerned. That's normal human behavior. And it ain't up to you to tell me or anyone else how we should and shouldn't behave. If you get all offended because I just described your behavior, that's your problem. Just like it becomes mine when I meet random gamer dudes who carry the illusion that almost all gamers are dudes, and thus that makes it fine to assume anything.

It's like this; the day when random dudes on the forum and the in game chat stop with always assuming that everyone who play and chat with them is another dude, I'll stop care. Almost always people here (and in the game chat) get called he/him, etc. Stop assuming you know people's gender and we won't have a problem.

Check what things you can buy for cc sells on the gtn. That's all you need to do. Avoid packs when there's tons of people underselling each other a lot. I mention packs because it's usually what people tend to tell you to buy and then sell. The best item (credits value) I found is black and black dye, but those are only sold a few times a year. For most things you really do not get a lot of credits for your cc. Despite the fact that we always have a bunch of people telling others how easy it is to make credits, they sure value their credits like it's diamonds, or something. In other words, if you want to make millions of credits you have to spend a very large sum of cartel coins and buy tons of stuff on the cartel market. Otherwise you'll have to grind for your credits, like everyone else.

Baras was hard. No matter how prepared you were he had the ability to take anyone down in a couple of seconds. For newcomers, like myself back in the day, he was extremely hard.

What? They did not retain his original lvl 50? I haven't fought him in 3 years or so. When I did he was hard to take down. Took me 16 tries before he went down. Of course it was my second character and I did not know how to play the class, also I had a bunch of lvl 40-44 green mods. Heh. They need to buff him in levels back to his lvl 50. It's already easier thanks to much stronger healing companions. I'm playing a Juggernaut this time around and I was hoping the fight would be hard so I can see how much better I have become. Oh well.

It's realism. Unless you think anyone can really survive that. Then again enemies survive multiple hits from my lightsaber/s. So yeah, see it as a step towards realism. There you go.

Stop sending your companion in? Must they fight at all? Passive mode? Or set them to dps mode and in later heroics they will go down if you do nothing.

Best way has passed already, Imo; selling black and black dyes. They where at sale for 1500cc. And on the gtn they sell for around 4-5 million credits. Packs are usually not worth it because they suffer from the large amounts of people who try to beat each other in the lowest selling price. Thus you loose a lot compared to if you sell black/black dyes. At current the only pack (200cc) on sale goes for about 250-300k on my server. So for 2000cc you get 10 wich means 2.5-3 million credits. See the difference? Making 30-40% more on dyes (for 500cc less at that) makes a huge difference.

Just about all weapons with special effects does this when you either use your normal abilities or, well whatever reason it finds to stop displaying those special FX. Sometimes when I pick up stuff it stops. And so on. Nothing that can be done with specific weapons. It's up to BW to find the source of this.

You know what, my memory might be bad. It has been 3 years since I played one. But I remember trying the Consular out and did not like, something with her. I thought it was the voice but it might have been the fact that I did not like throwing pebbles at my enemies. So I went with a Sith Assassin at the time, because lightning.

No, she stays fairly consistent. Personally I prefer the Jedi Knight female voice over the consular. I found the latter to be way too, young. Not even Darth Malak's jaw casing could save that voice, imo. Which otherwise is a perfect headgear to add a little more strength to the characters voice.

You need to stop assuming so much. I don't play on very easy or easy. I started playing games in the mid 90's. Games back then was hard. That was fine. Nowadays I no longer see difficult content as entertainment. I don't have to prove anything to myself anymore. It's just a waste of my time. I have a job, that's enough difficulty for me.
