Da***? We just told them "everything was working fine until the second patch." We also wouldn't be able to tell them any of this if our ISP's were having problems. I can access everything I normally do - Steam, Banking, **** - but not SWTOR. But it's suddenly not their problem? Goddammit I just started work on my stronghold!

Mine says "Unable to retrieve patch data. Please check network connection (311)" Internet is working just fine. I had just started setting up Stronghold, so the 2.9 patch wasn't the problem either. Only after this "fix" am I getting this problem. And it's not a BitRaider issue. I could reinstall the game as I have it on disk, not download, but that still takes hours. How is it everytime one thing is fixed another ends up broken?
