    i started playing this game well after the cut off date with my mates on a US server and now they qualify for Asia Pacific Territories transfers and are transferring. i would like to transfer with then. are transfers going to be open to everyone later if so when and what is it going to cost.

    i have been looking and looking and cant find any thing that states for the people that did not qualify for Asia Pacific Territories transfers will be able to and how much its going to cost.

    What happens if you dont qualify for the transfer. am i going to be able to move my toon over at any stage if yes when and how much will it cost.
