Disgraceful customer service. Actually to call it customer service is a total joke, since all we have received have been pathetic stalling tactics. Like many others I give up, it's not worth the time and trouble and and in no way is it worth giving these clowns money.

They should learn to speak English is irrelevant, they were offered a service from the get go and now it has been removed. It is mediocre customer service, no doubt driven by cost cutting. If I were a French or German speaking player I too would be pissed off that they removed a service being offered since day one.

Possibly or they have contracts that they have to honour, which is amusing considering they have behaved in a completely dishonourable fashion to every oceanic player. Five months to make a decision is beyond pathetic and these delaying tactics are disgusting and contemptible. If they can't for what ever reason implement these changes soon they can at least have the honesty to inform their customers.

Quite so and I am not advocating that we should go to the US we should merge the AUS servers, what I am talking about is the worst case scenario.

This game for the most part functions like World of Warcraft, there for I don't see American ping times as being crippling to the game. Iheartnyc is right the effect will be for the most part marginal. My only concern with sending us to American servers is that they allow us the choice of where to send our characters esp since some of us have multiple characters across the Aus servers. The last thing I want is to have characters being forced to stay on pve server or an rp server etc.

Based on their replies I would already assume that they have made a call on what they want to do, one can only assume they did not announce it to put off negative fallout. Their last response was to get everyone arguing over an issue already resolved, one need only look over the past posts to realise that. I dearly hope I am wrong and that they are behaving with the best of intentions but it is hard to not see their actions as anything but blatant perfidy.

These delaying tactics would make Sir Humphrey Appleby proud.
