fair enough... but ive been testing it on training dummies... when I only have 1 relic equiped the proc ratio on eitehr increase.... with 2...my power procs def is not happening right after a damage proc and the opposite is also true... I dont know...im not a pro at testing by far but im not the only one having this problem would love some DEV clarification..... everything seems like a big secret in this game now...(or are the devs as confused as we are?) Wheres the "mathy" post for bolster that was promised... relics broke after the "fix" for double power procs...

Says specificaly Power proc and damage not power and (def, absorb...or anything other than damage)

Noone said they did not work....they both have a CD of 4.5 sec and when one procs, it puts both on CD for 4.5 secs

PVP relics are functioning the same as the PVE ones, I do hope they fix them for PVP too...otherwise it really is quite offensive to the PVP community

the problem is that when one procs....it locks the other one out for 4.5 sec....cant have a power proc and damage proc at the same time... It was broken when they "fixed procs of the same type overlaping" its been known since then which is why everyone switched to matrix relic and power procs

With 30% legacy and a exp boost on i get 16k-30k depending on match duration

So Im guessing noone cares that we cannot use 2 pvp relics...while they fix pve relics...

I would love a response from Eric as to why relics are bing fixed for pve while pve'ers cannot use 2 pvp relics atm...forcing people to use matrix cube relics (level 50 items)
