  1. The problem is, what would be the basic weapon then? If you get a new weapon with an adv. class, then you should still be able to use the old abilities. Or the starting weapon could be a basic "pole saber", and the Emperor's Guard would get the bayonet thing, and the Elite a more advanced "pole saber". That would seem the best to me then.
  2. Hey, I also have an idea for the main weapon (to let the adv. classes have kind of the same weapon). What do you think of a rifle with some kind of bayonet attached to it? The Elite would have a more spear-like version (though still with a ranged function), and the Emperor's Guard one with just a small blade thing (with a more ranged function).
  3. I don't think the training should be on Korriban. I mean, it's a Sith planet, and as far as I know, Royal Guards aren't Sith. Korriban is more ancient tombs, mysterious gates you can open by shooting lots and lots of lightning or lightsabers you have to grab from a dude's grave, to be attacked by vibrosword wielding mummies then. The Royal Guard is more, yeah, I have to guard the Emperor, so I should get an elite COMBAT instead of SURVIVAL training. Elimination is necessary, but if a Guard trainee gets stuck in a tomb full of brainless acolytes, well, then not many will survive. The story is a bit too assassinatably overcharged. CHAPTER 1: THE ASSASSIN CHAPTER 2: THE ASSASSIN'S BOSS CHAPTER 3: THE ASSASSINATION PLANS I mean, it needs some variation. This class will also need its Republican counterpart. Whaddya think of... *drumming*... a... Also, the possible betrayal at the end is a bit unrealistic. "Yeah, I'll completely devote myself to tracking the guy trying to assassinate the Emperor, to let the Emperor die eventually!!!" You can also see this at the beginning of the Trooper story: you can't say you're joining Tavus&Co. to betray the Republic. Conclusion: The idea is good, but the class needs a lot of modding yet.
  4. Let's see... Oh, I see 2 of them. They actually cost 280,000 credits each. Oh, and prices are also increased for F2Ps. I just thought: why doesn't he sell things on the GTN? Oh, he can only sell two things at a time. I don't think he can afford those other droids you proposed, bud.
  5. Unfortunately, we are in the Red Zone (or what is it), so he can't make any purchases via SWTOR.com.
  6. Nope, it was only for people who were a subscriber before F2P launch.
  7. Some months ago, I invited a friend to SWTOR (before the F2P launch). He made like 5 characters. At F2P launch, he became a F2P. He plans to become a subscriber in 1 or 2 years, when he's old enough to get a summer job. A while ago, however, they introduced a new activation system which lets him only play with 2 characters, and the others are deactivated. This is pretty disappointing, because I don't want to level my other without him characters because I'd rather play with him together. Now I propose this: let F2Pers who have got some more characters than the character limit for some reason, activate other characters every month. This is still pretty limited, but as the developers implemented this system, it's unlikely they are going to remove it again.
  8. I did. The idea of 3 Force gods annoyed the heck out of me and spoiled the whole greatness of the SW storyline in my opinion.
  9. "No, that is the ship's exit, not a slide! We're in the middle of space!" "Gault, could you please go sleep in the cargo hold? The kids think you're a devil!" *At the Imperial Fleet* "No, that's not a toy, that's the torpedo fire button! No! NOOOO!!!" I would really love having little kids in my D5-Mantis.
  10. So, at the end of SW Episode VI: Return of the Jedi, they said there was balance in the Force after all Sith were gone. However, Darth Revan says the Force is in balance when you find a path somewhere in the middle between Light and Dark. Now, what is REAL balance?
  11. There should also be standalone leg and feet pieces.
  12. Why are the Mandalorian chestpieces removed from the Cartel Market!? I just made an IA to give him the armor later! Why!? Why!?:(:(:(:(
  13. Novare Coast. Our team captured the middle and east turrets. There are 4 people at the south including me. Then the enemy captures the middle one. Well, the other 3 go to the middle, and 20 seconds later I'm killed by an Op and an Assassin. Ops leader: "U nuubish sun of a bitsh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Sometime later, they leave me alone again, I say I have guarded that turret long enough, and some other people who've gained 6 medals killing enemies should come guard it, so I can add some medals to my collection of 2. Ops leader: " Itss yuor oun foolt!!!!":confused: I stayed so I could claim the rewards I deserved, but maybe also because I just couldn't stop laughing about his faults in spelling.
  14. Sage / Sorc. Why? absorb absorb absorb absorb absorb absorb absorb You have been defeated
  15. It is. When I went to Mandalore afterwards, logged out and later logged back in, it said CHAPTER 2.
  16. Attention, this contains spoilers about the end of the chapter 1 class story from the Bounty Hunter. Beginning Bounty Hunters, do not expect too much from the end of chapter 1.
  17. I just completed Flashpoint The Foundry, and I defeated Revan. In the last seconds, he suddenly becomes immune to all attacks, and he says things, and then he disappears. So, is he really 'dead', or did he just disappear?
  18. Why are there so much more Mercs than PTs? Now, in my whole SWTOR 'career', I have seen like 20 PTs against 200 mercs. I would get the feeling Mercenary is not just an adv class, but a class, while there is a rare selection of PT's. I'm a Powertech myself, and I love it. They have flame sweep and carbonize, people! I also think the information when choosing an adv. class is too vague. Mercenary Two blaster pistols, heavy armor Powertech One blaster pistol, heavy armor Show skill tree => Come on, when I was a newbie, I understood the hell of what a skill tree was. This makes newbies think Mercs are automatically more powerful than PTs.
  19. Why are the Tusken Raiders in SWTOR called 'Sand People'?
  20. Darth Baras VS Republic Vanguard (this vanguard is an idiot, just so you know) -Vanguard uses grapple -Baras is so heavy he can't be moved, so the Vanguard is pulled to Baras instead -The Vanguard is buried inside Baras's fat rolls END OF FIGHT! Winner: Darth Baras! Darth Baras: "what did just happen?"
  21. Darth Baras in warzones: Alderaan Civil War: 2 possibilities: -The Imperial ship immediately collapses. -Baras falls through the Imperial ship's bottom, and when he hits the groud, a shockwave is created which hurls the turrets at the Republic ship. Voidstar: -defender: when the enemy places a bomb on one of the doors, he just grabs it and buries it inside his fat rolls, which are shock-resistant. -attacker: Baras just walks through the doors.
  22. In the Sith Warrior story on Dromund Kaas: When the Warrior is away, and after Baras said "Tell me what I want to know!!!": Rep. dude: "I won't tell you!!! Never!!!" Baras: "You will... or otherwise..." *grabs the bottom of his shirt* Rep. dude: "No! Don't, please, I beg you!!! I will tell you everything!!!" Baras: "Well!? Tell me!" Rep. dude: "What do I actually have to tell you?" Baras: "Oh, I forgot about that. Now, I haven't found any McDonalds in Kaas City. Where is the one on Coruscant?" Rep. dude: "Eeh... I don't think there's a McDonalds on Coruscant..." Baras: "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!" *takes off his shirt* Rep. dude: "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" (of course, Baras is not shown, because the player watching this would just die) The Rep. dude's eyes start shooting lightning, and then he is annihilated.
  23. Why is everyone talking about a virtual person's *** and ****?
