As a healer spec, OS was great for being able to help with trash clearing in FPs that your group was kinda overpowered for. Otherwise it was hard to keep up with group mates that could force jump or sprint if you wanted to give any noticeable help with killing. So many of the basic operative's dps moves required you to be close (any you generally couldn't run to your enemy before someone else got to them) or took time to charge each shot, meaning that you couldn't get many shots before everything was dead and it was time to run. Also it made enemies BOUNCE. That never got old for me.

I had just resubbed after being away from SWTOR for a few months. I finally got onto my lvl 55 operative today. No orbital strike. I may be crying. OS made enemies BOUNCE. It was great. It was also AOE to let op healers give at least SOME trash-clearing damage during FPs. Until they bring back OS (and preferably explosive probe too), I think operative may have been killed for me. Which is terrible as an operative healer was basically the class nearest to my heart, almost since the launch of the game.

So I'm ashamed to admit that I actually read the post mere hours after you updated(...roughly 4am EST...) and did not comment until now. I blame finals. The last post was a bit odd and disjointed as you said. Still delightful to read though. (The username came from the mind of a twelve year old who just learned of the word "tipsy" and had a fixation on llamas due to a) the llama song and b) a llama who ate her favorite flowery shirt at some odd petting zoo when she was five. I would be just sitting in my chair hitting refresh all day, but I have been restraining myself...for now. As yet another Scourge fan, I'm liking the direction you took with this. Something has totally changed with that guy and I want to know what. So update? Soon? <3
