  1. It's clear that the devs care about this universe they have created, as well as the players that inhabit it. However, I think more life needs to be breathed into it. Here are some things I think would really help the game. 1. Let us pick our own ship! -While the mechanics of having a ship at all are awesome, I feel like the entire experience is on rails, and I am not referring to space combat. Every Inquisitor has the same ship. Every Smuggler has the same ship. Every Agent has the same ship. You get the idea. I'm not saying that there needs to be an expansive catalog of ships to choose from, but some variety and choice would be a little nice. -And while we are on the topic of ships, can we please be given the opportunity to personalize our ship? I'm not asking for Extreme Makeover: Starship Edition, but I want to be able to have my ship reflect myself. 2. Make the experience less linear! -While the story in SWTOR is simply unrivaled, I would like to have a little space from the story. I know that there are side-quests, but really there are like 1-2 per story mission. It almost feels like an after thought. Playing through the game feels almost like a roller coaster. Yeah, it's awesome, and really fun, but you are on a set track. 3. A little more open world content -You can go exploring throughout each planet, but no one really has any reason to. The few side quests won't take you far from your story mission areas. I want to experience an ENTIRE planet. I want to feel immersed. Some planets do this better than others, so it's clear that it can be done. I find that the experience on Voss, is not quite as enthralling as Dromund Kass, or Korriban. Just my opinion though. 4. A little idea borrowing wouldn't hurt -I played SWG. I'm not saying this game needs to follow in it's footsteps, but I think there are definitely things that can be learned from it. The thing that made SWG great was that you really felt like an individual! Taking things that work from other games, and making them your own is nothing to be ashamed of. Bioware can improve ideas that were developed before. 5. Can I get at least ONE reference to Kreia? -This is really just a personal request. Can I hear something in game about Darth Traya? I am a follower of the Lord of Betrayal. 6. Just increase content! -I feel like there is a little content lacking. The content that the game contains is excellent, but once I finish leveling, I really only have a few end game related activities to do. I would like a few diversions. Something I can spend time on. Anyone else have ideas?
  2. I am currently using a late 2011 MacBook Pro '13, running SWTOR, and I can honestly say, it would be a hell of a lot easier for me to just be able to run TOR in OS X. Switching back and forth is just a hassle, and honestly, Windows is installed on my Mac just for SWTOR. I think there is a decent market for this game in the Apple community. We don't have many MMOs. The only noteworthy MMOs we have are WoW, EVE Online, and eventually The Elder Scrolls Online. Other developers have begun to embrace Macs and OS X. It would not be terribly hard to create a Mac client. EA has experience with games for Mac, and has the resources to do it. I know the concern here is profitability, but I would slap down another $60 for a Mac copy of the game.
