The fact that nothing has been resolved in a year shows how hopeless the help desk is at resolving problems doesn't it?

Same problem, submitting a bug report daily. A bit pointless as the support staff are completely incompetent.

This quest is definitely bugged. I can't even get the second datastream to register. I can see it, but no matter where I position myself it won't register. Perhaps it works for some players, but definitely not for eveyone.

This quest seems to be borked. I have been all round the area with no access to the temple visible or accessible. It is a complete and utter waste of time.

I have posted elsewhere my feelings about the Rakghoul event. I feel very strongly that with the current outbreak of Ebola this is a distasteful and particularly nasty thing to introduce into the game at this time. If those in charge of the game cannot see this then I fear they have a serious lack of empathy. Out of respect for the victimes of a real plague ravaging Africa this event should, at the least, be postponed.

Which stupid prat thought it wouldn't be offensive to stage this 'even't when the Ebola virus is killing thousands of people. Sack the stupid moron and stop this idiotic unwanted addition to the game. Or should I just write to the press about Bioware's insensitivity?

thanks for that advice - I have tried every combination without success (several hours wasted!) Unfortunately customer services are less than helpful and people like Trineda closing another thread on this subject with no attempt to address the problem gives a very impression of the people they have there.

True the writing is abysmal, a big flaw in the game and leads to a lot of time being wasted.
