  1. The prophecy of the Sith'ari originated during the time of King Adas. Adas was believed to be the Sith'ari but was defeated by Rakata invaders. Although he fell he still saw to it that the Rakata were erased from Korriban. Additionaly, the existence of holocrons is also thanks to the Rakata. The Rakata taught Adas how to construct them in attempt to gain his trust, before trying to conquer him. It wasn't until three thousand years later that the first Jedi holocron was created. Had the Rakata not been driven off, Korriban would have been shaped much different.
  2. Naboo and Kashyyyk would most definitely be interesting places to visit. However acklays can already be found on several planets as well as many other unique creatures so I don't think that's a good reason to add Felucia. Personally I'd really like to go to Ziost as it's a very important planet to the Sith Empire and it just sounds dang cool. Dagobah would be cool too, although I'm not sure what reason Empire or Republic would have for going there but I'm sure an interesting plot could be constructed.
  3. All companions talk a lot. Khem Val's fought by my side enough that I don't need the chatbox to translate for me what he's saying. The issue is as one person stated the "ear-slaying noises" that can get old after a while, particularly Treeks. The OP's suggestion of "Please make her talk less" isn't that good of a solution in my opinion. I think a better solution would be to just have an option in the audio settings to disable companion voices but still keep it so you can read what they say in your chatbox.
  4. ^ Edited, and in your opinion. I'm the one not making sense? I've thoroughly elaborated on what my suggestion is. If you're still lost go reread the posts. I remain unmoved by what you're saying. Never did I say I didn't want there to be a clear way of showing a players success in ranked arenas. I'm all for a title, pet, armor, weapons, and a mount I'm just suggesting a simple change to the title.
  5. Not true. Already answered this in post #21. The titles are not the "same" as the other awards. A lot of people who get the pet or armor and weapons will probably not display them however those are at least actual awards worth keeping and displaying. Not true. There's more awards for those who earn higher ratings. For those whos ratings are low yes it will be like "I was at the Olympics and all I got was this lousy medal." But it's ranked, this is where I agree that if you want to win big then go big and compete for it. Not true. There's a pet, armor sets, and weapons, and a mount for people to display. There's also the leaderboard archives. You talk as if I'm asking that the rancor be given to everyone. In your opinion.
  6. Why are you asking what I'm arguing for? Have I not made that clear in the thead title and numerous posts? It doesn't sound like you even read the first post in this thread. So far everyone's claiming that it's no big deal because after all, you don't HAVE to show it, you're just stuck with it. That's the point, who wants a title that you're stuck with and couldn't care less about? What sort of reward is that? Is this ranked arenas or Dance of the Hutts? Common, do you really think those who qualify for the 5th, 4th, 3rd or 2nd best title would care if Bioware actually did what I suggested? Maybe some who qualify for the 1st and highest title would, but then again like I said in the first post maybe if a big majority think it's a big deal for those with the highest rating to have a unique title then just give those with the highest rating the title as well as a 2nd and completely different one. Or come up with some other reward to make them feel more valued. That way all who competed at least earned the same title and you don't feel stuck with a title that you'll never want to display.
  7. Ah ok that could be the case and I misinterpreted it. You're the first to point that out so I'm sure the wording has mislead many other folks as well. Good point actually and I appreciate the response. But still, this is a game and what's the point in wearing a title if it's not prideful? Yes there are some titles out there that are meant to be silly like "Lucky" or "Unlucky" but this is ranked PvP awards we're talking about. Say you're in some tournament or sporting event, the winner is crowned "Champion" and recieves a big trophy and prize money while the rest of the competitors simply recieve medals. Should the rest of the competitors also be crowned "Almost a Winner," "Average," "Loser," and "Major Loser" depending on how they finished? Of course give the highest ranked players their due rewards, but don't insult the others that participated.
  8. You're putting words in my mouth. Nowhere did I say I think people will unsub because of a title. Also, your definition of discussing is the same as arguing and insulting. Typical POT5 pig. Your three pevious posts have done nothing to promote discussion, only bs. As I said before if you have nothing useful or positive to contribute to this thread begone and "your thoughts" have been pointless and nothing but negativity. As for your "Not every post has to be positive." there's a big difference between respectfully disagreeing and being a pest like yourself. I'm open to criticism, not trolling, as I've stated before. If you don't agree wth me and have nothing of good nature to say than don't even bother posting.
  9. According to Biowares News Article the title is Unique Inaugural and than Tier 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 depending on the highest rating you've earned in season 1. I doublechecked Dulfy just now and saw what you were referring to. Not sure why that's there, or if Dulfy means those are the titles but Biowares News Article doesn't say anything about S-1 Rookie, S-1 Champion or S-1 All-Star and even if those were the titles being awarded that's still no different than being a Tier 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 and I'd still think it should be changed
  10. Very true, however as the thread title states I only think they should remove the "Tier 1,2,3,4,5" part, not come up with a whole new title.
  11. I never said I personally wanted or needed anything. This thread has nothing to do with who I am or what I want this has to do with a change I'd like to see implemented because I actually care about the wellness of this game. You being selfish, arrogant pig from POT5 I can see how you'd misunderstand this. If you have nothing useful or positive to contribute to this thread begone.
  12. Very true, but still I think it's a good idea and worth a shot. If everyone was demoralized that their idea(s) will probably not be acknowledged or go into effect than this wouldn't be much of a suggestion box.
  13. Thanks for noticing! I put that there for a reason, a well earned one. Also I couldn't help but notice your sig too! <Super Bads> - POT5 Yeah there's a reason I left POT5. Nothing but super bads like yourself that like to argue and be condescending.
  14. If you disagree that's fine but at least give a good and respectful reason why and if you want to troll go somewhere else.
  15. I love the season 1 rewards however I'm a little disappointed by the titles. Those who are hardcore ranked players or just sheer lucky (or likely a mix of both) will earn the boastful Unique Inaugural Tier 1 title which I'm sure most who earn it will be proudly displaying. As for the large percentage of folks who don't get it, do you really think they will want to display their Tier 2,3,4,5 titles? Or even want them? I think the lesser the title, the more uncommon you'll see it worn because no one will want to wear it! Yeah you may see a lot of Tier 2 and maybe even Tier 3 titles being displayed, but common what pride is there in Tier 4/5? So for that reason, I'd really like to see Bioware adjust the title so it's just Unique Inaugural that way everyone who competed in season 1 can proudly show that they participated. Those who achieve high ratings still have much to boast about with the rancor, pet, armor sets and will still have their awesome stats engraved in the leaderboard archives. Another idea if some think that's not enough is to just make another seperate title for those who achieved a high rating. That will make it so those lucky folks still have a proud title to display and the rest who participated will still have a cool title that, although it may be lesser, will still be one worth wearing.
  16. "Since the Preliminary Bracket’s have no cost of entry we felt it fair to keep the prize value significantly lower." - From FAQ Preliminary Bracket Prizes This list will be updated after each bracket. 1. Covert Torso 2. Stylish Dress Lower Body Armor (Box) 3. 2 Nano-Infused Adrenals of your choice (Triage/Attack/Absorb) 4. 2 Prototype Nano-Infused Stim of your Choice (Reflex/Might/Fortitude/Skill/Resolve) 5. Ubrikki Sand Devil ^ These are the prizes for being the best at your class? Lol?
  17. Here's a team score you don't see everyday. A true testament to the power of the Empire! http://s908.photobucket.com/user/A157L/media/Screenshot_2014-02-06_19_41_11_047542_zpsc16d2059.jpg.html?#/user/A157L/media/Screenshot_2014-02-06_19_41_11_047542_zpsc16d2059.jpg.html?&_suid=139178514513406064711927382163
  18. Bioware should add a new panel to the cartel market that only subscribers can access and it will have a bunch of super rare hot items from packs that players can purchase individually with cartel coins. Also one idea I heard another person mention that I thought was good is a "Subscriber Loyalty" program where like after 3 months of subscribing (not consecutive) you will receive a bonus 250 Cartel Coins. After 6 months, 500 Cartel Coins. After a year, 1000 Cartel Coins and so forth. Also I think more items in general should be available for purchase on the cartel market. Just some ideas thanks for reading.
  19. YES! I love Darth Nihilus great idea! I'm actually writing my own story for how my character got the mask but if Bioware added Darth Nihilus to the inquisitor story in any way that would be cool! Perhaps for dark side option inquisitor could bring him back or keep the mask for his/her self and become the new lord of hunger and for light side inquisitor could see it as too dangerous and powerful and choose to store it in the Arcanum. Or perhaps while searching for the mask or holocron the inquisitor brings Darth Nihilus back. Lots of options for how the story could go. Also going to Coruscant like how Jedi go to Dromund Kaas would be cool too.
  20. I love Darth Nihilus cool idea! Madness spec doesn't have very good force management so Electric Induction wasn't a bad idea. You could also take the two points from Sith Defiance and move it to Reserves.
  21. Yeah I've read Psirebral's first question rough draft and the top 3 concerns as sorcs thread and a few others just meant that I hope when it comes down to making a decision for what are 3 things will be that defensive cds would be mentioned but it looks like you guys are covering it so awesome! You obviously haven't tried out the arenas yet but in wzs yeah lightning can work.
  22. Definitely madness or hybrid. Heals only if you are good because as of right now most teams want operatives for heals. Did some arena matches on the PTS and from my experience all I can say is we definitely need more defensive cds because most of the time sorcerer is first target and almost always you'll deal only a fraction of the amount of damage you received. I really hope the sorc/sage representatives mention our lack of defensive cds in their 3 questions/concerns.
  23. Just transferred yesterday thanks for putting this thread together! Been here for two days and already meeting tons of nice people and cool guilds. Love all the big guild wars and events. Great server glad I came here and looking forward to meeting more of you guys!
  24. Inquisitor is supreme! Out of all the classes at least. I could see the class being the most powerful being in Swtor but it's debatable. Inquisitor is definitely one of the top most powerful and if the class was as boss game wise as it is lore wise it would be incredibly OP.
