I cleared the browser cache and am still not able to purchase. I reset my EA and SWTOR passwords again. Still unable to purchase cartel coins

I am not able to purchase cartel coins. I've changed my EA password, my SWTOR password, tried different browsers and tried using my phone to purchase but I still am getting a message about due to high traffic / website maintenance the transaction can't be completed. Is this going to be fixed?

I have loved buying cartel packs. I've also overtime, ignored the fact that the same items are recycled over and over into the 'new' packs. It is shameful and criminal that this game touts a new pack "dark vs light" and 10 crates in a row all have old items. Truly, have you no shame at all? Are there just 4 people in a room some where running this game and saying.. ok, new packs... lets call them "dark vs light" and 85% will be recycled items with 1/2% new, sought-after items and 14 1/2% slightly new versions of old mounts and decorations. Yeah! everyone says and "hey lets have Mexican Food for lunch today".... really terrible way to treat loyal players. I have spent an embarrassing amount of credit card dollars on this game but have found over and over you recycle. It is insulting and inexcusable. Shame on you.

I looked at the menu and it was basically an overview of how to create a guild. Is there any more to being a guild besides having the guild name attached to your character? Guild halls? banks? Leveling perks? I did a general search and mostly got hits on actual guilds. We just started ours and were wondering what exactly being in a guild encompasses.

I can handle most of the lines my characters say while getting a mission, but the companions I would like to kill during the fights... Kira "I'm going to break your record boss", Corso - "really dying!" ((this while I am trying to heal him) and his taunts that come out right before he croaks "I've got the tools and the talent"... I manage to keep him alive most of the time though.

This helps a lot thanks so much. I'm not a very experienced player (didn't realize you should or could set the stance for your companion) so this info gives me some ideas to work with..

2 of my characters in the mid 30's level-wise and have acquired a few different companions. I am partial to some so they are the ones that get the new gear. As I level and go to different planets and get further into the story line I wonder if I should be using different companions based on the situation. Should I be gearing up all of the others along the way?
