  1. The game is almost dead anyways. i don't think they care about customers, they never did... All they care is the cartel market, which requires almost no resource and makes a lot more money. So I'm pretty sure there won't be any rebalancing or a revamp soon. Look, they are not even on forums, not a single comment about the 16man SV HM or TFB nim damage or the general spikyness. It's obvious that they didn't even playtest these instances... Well sorry to say that guys but you are flogging a dead horse...
  2. Some of us were pointing out that kind of scenarios while 2.0 is still on PTS, but some known people from sin&shadow community kept defending the armor reduction changes and saying that it's gonna be better than pre 2.0.. I'm wondering where are they and why they are not talking now? Maybe some of them stopped playing eh?
  3. The basic idea is mitigation stats (abs, def, shld) > endurance > willpower. Talking about armorings; you should get high endurance ones. More endurance slightly increases your self heals and gives healers some room to keep you alive. As assassin tanks are gods of building threat you don't really need to stack extra amount of willpower. But on the other hand; high mitigation mods have lower endurance and higher willpower and there's nothing you can do about it. Always go for the stuff that has higher mitigation stats. That should be your priority. There are really good guides here on this forums to see what's the ideal mitigation stats distribution.
  4. Have 2 Assassin tanks in our raiding group and so far we don't have any bit of problem. Apart from that i'd go pt or jugg to be off tanking, picking up the adds and stuff like that since they are slighlty more suitable to get damage from multiple targets. On the other hand an assassin really shines while tanking a boss. But in the end there isnt any real big difference.
  5. It's clear that as a sin tank I feel spikier than pre 2.0 while tanking several mobs. But I'm pretty sure other tanks feels the same in certain situations. Also the changes in shielding mechanics make assassins even more powerful while tanking bosses. So the armor nerf seems ok at the moment. On the other hand I also have a healer and from a healer perspective i felt no big differences while healing all three tanks. Yet i prefer healing a sin tank with good fight knowledge instead of other two. Because when they use their cooldowns proactively and heal themselves effectively they are still slightly better than others. But still you'll need to put more effort to every fight if you choose your assassin.
  6. You can use both medpacks at different situations. So having both is good imo. For example if you are very low and in need of an extra panic button, pop the new one since it has better raw healing and the extra 15% pool from rakata isn't gonna help you much in this situation. On the other hand you can benefit from the extra health pool to provide somekinda safe window for healers at certain situations. Where there's a hard&fast hitting enemy or everyone is getting seriously low and need urgent healing while you are constantly getting damage. So you can use that extra hp provided from rakata medpack.
  7. This must be a mistake tbh like the people with 600k hp in warzones.
  8. What's your gear like Leravulan? update: oh i saw your gear on the link now sorry. i gotta create an account there too. ^^
  9. I've made a little longer test. around 7 mins to diminish bloodthirst's slight advantage. character name: kest result: 1647.5 http://www.torparse.com/a/22278 Not sure if i can pass 1.7k with my current gear. gonna test more later. i'm open for suggestions on itemization and build since i'm not well experienced on this toon. update: 3rd try result: 1669.65 http://www.torparse.com/a/22283
  10. Very nice thinking bro. Just had a try on dummy. Here are the details. Character Name: Kest Character Class: Marauder Character Spec: Anni (31/5/5) Torparse Link: http://www.torparse.com/a/22135 I hit 1644.9. Have Rakata main&off hand (with rakata mods) + BH stuff atm. Still working on getting the optimum mods and augs. I need some more critical and surge i guess (31.09% and 70.82% atm) and it would be nice to listen any suggestions. Gonna try some more tomorrow, maybe with some better mods and adrenals. Also gonna test my mercenary later...
