That is actually a pretty good idea. I would suggest they only use ranked comms though since regular wz comms are easily obtainable by farming chests in Outlaws Den, so this should only be for actual PVP'rs. (I say this as someone who doesn't PVP)

They have been shown to work both underwater and in heavy rain. I don't think there is a "forcefield" around the plasma, more of a magnetic field.

I agree the hunt itself should be something fun and exciting. But the carrot at the end of the stick is much more appealing if it isn't a turnip painted orange.

Ya Life Day event was ok, but i was thinking something more galaxy-spanning that requires solving puzzles on multiple planets. Would be nice if the reward was something unique that could not be obtained any other way. The Hk-51 quest is more like what i am thinking of, sure it was tedious at times but the idea was there.

I would like to see more "Easter Egg" hunts in the game. After just reading Ready Player One i would love for there to be some huge game-spanning hunt for maybe a unique item or something. I think this would really energize the community. I know we have had these before with orobird egg, magenta crystals and taun taun mounts and those were a lot of fun. The recent #fallenempire picture that we had to decipher the meaning of was maybe the start of something like this and if so, that is great! I know that the devs have said that there are still secrets in the game that have not been found, maybe drop us a few hints as to how to find them. Anyway just my two cents. Read Ready Player One it's awesome.

You are arguing apples to oranges. The fact that your trooper uses a gun is essential to game mechanics the looks of your character are purely aestetic. And if you don't want your trooper to wear flowing robes or a bikini so be it, but everyone else should be able to dress their character as they choose.

On the plus side synthweaving and armormech get a nice little boost because green/blue level armours are actually viable now.

Yes at 60 you can solo every flashpoint 50 and below... except for the dreaded Callicoid Wargames which still requires 4 players because of the puzzle.

Alas the fleet vendor does not carry the schematics or the starship upgrades any longer...

I thought that Grade 7 ship enhancements were now craftable. Was searching gtn just the other day and seen crafted grade 7 parts, but could not find schematics for them at my cybertech trainer.

Like the way they changed the slot machine because of the complaining it was ruining the economy? Like the great Spymaster/Phantom etc. armor debacle that because of complaints they introduced "classic" versions of. There is precedent. One could argue that the whole point of the forums is for the developers to get feedback on the game from players and you know listen to them and make changes accordingly.

The rewards were the fun. Hence why Pavlov's dogs salivated. If all he did was kick them in the nuts when he rang the bell they would growl. Just like what the community is doing now.
