Phalanx is looking for new members to play with! Whether you are a new person to the game or a level 50 vet, Phalanx has a spot for everyone. Our guild is heavily focused in PVE endgame content. We run at least one operation every night. There are plenty of members available to help with learning raids, understanding class roles, and maximizing efficiency in an operation. Although we help with gearing toons, WE ARE NOT looking for players that expect a free gear trip and/or people expecting help with leveling. Gearing and leveling should be dependent on the player rather than the guild. As for our raiding experience, we are currently 4/5 TFB HM with 2 progression groups going. Because our main focus is PVE, we expect members that look to join us to have inspiration to gear their toons to get to the harder content. We are not a hardcore guild by any means. Our groups raid two times a week. But that does not mean we do not want to progress through the harder ops. We do have an evaluation process to what players can handle the deeper content. For example, since DPS is plenty to go around, we have our players test on a dummy and look at their results on TORparse. For stability purposes, we seek committed players that have their eyes on raiding. As for our raiding experience, we are currently 4/5 TFB HM with 2 progression groups going. We have completed every op lesser than TFB HM and will be working on EC NiM shortly. Most of our members have completed the Nightmare pilgrim as well.
